Judicial report: Under the minor infringement table, J.McInerney the Trainer of JIMMY HAKA was fined $ 100-00 under Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 1.6 kilograms over its last race day start on 06.07.11.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305	All clear
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH SIENNA and INTENSE ZOOM were slow to begin losing three lengths. ELLAVA SCRAP shifted in on the first corner and caused tightening which resulted in CLUAIN MEALA losing ground. Soon after, UNTEACHABLE and ELLAVA SCRAP were checked losing several lengths and they finished well back.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305	PICK A PEPPER and CALM EXPRESS were slow to begin losing three lengths. BELLA SIENNA shifted in on the first corner and this resulted in checks to PICK A PEPPER, ZACCARA and LISSADELL JASPER who all lost ground. PICK A PEPPER recovered to finish in 4th place but the other two sffected runners stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 - C1 - 520	JIMMY HAKA was slow to begin losing three lengths and he stayed back throughout to finish in last place. VISIONARY MAN shifted in from the start and inconvenienced IN OR OUT who went back to near the rear. IN OR OUT checked off the heels of SHEZA RATBAG entering the back straight and he went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 5	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite PADDO SCORE began awkwardly losing ground and settled at the rear. PADDO SCORE was then checked on the first corner when THRILLING CAM shifted in to the rail and he lost three lengths and stayed back to finish in the rear group. JUST TIANA shifted in at the start and checked ALAMEIN FATS who lost ground.
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite RENNERS GIFT was the slowest to begin and settled at the rear. THRILLING JOSH was checked soon after the start and lost two lengths. General tightening on the first corner resulted in checks to HOMEBUSH BATMAN, HOMEBUSH NELSON, HOMEBUSH JEM and RENNERS GIFT with the last two mentioned dogs being the most affected and they went back to the rear and stayed there to the finish. HOMEBUSH BATMAN shifted out on the home turn and collided with CAWBOURNE HARVEY and both lost momentum but recovered to finish in 3rd and 4th places.
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 520	COUGH IT UP began awkwardly and settled at the rear and he stayed back throughout to finish in last place.
Race 8	Wanganui Security C1 - C1 - 305	THRILLING IRIS was slow to begin losing four lengths and she ran very wide into the straight and finished in last place. THRILLING IRIS did not appear to be galloping correctly with an awkward action and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with pectoral and quadricep muscle injuries. CHASIN CROWS was checked running to the first corner and lost ground and soon after KATIE HAKA galloped on the heels of CLASSY HOLLY and they both lost ground and finished well back.
Race 9	Couper Catering C2 D - C2d - 645	LAGOON BEACH BOY and THRILLING QUEST collided on the first corner and both lost ground and settled back in the field. Soon after THRILLING FRANK and I'M READY collided and they also lost a little ground. SEPTEMBER BLUE was lame following the race, was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with a spike wound.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C0 Final - C1f - 520	One of the favourites CHAINSAW PETE was handy enough going to the back straight but was checked losing ground and he drifted back to last and finished in that position. CHAINSAW PETE was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Broad Roofing Services C1 - C1 - 305	SHOWTIME ADDIS and HEZA ROCKET MAN were both checked on the first corner losing several lengths and all chance. The favourite WHERES SLOY was checked from behind by REQUEST FUNDING on the bend and lost ground and finished in 6th place.
Race 12	Media Works C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH ZITA was tightened soon after the start when outside runners shifted in and she fell. The pressure from the outside continued and as the field raced into the first corner, TONYS PEDRO was also checked losing several lengths and all chance. HOMEBUSH ZITA was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with bruising and a spike wound.
