Judicial report: Race 4 Trainer J Guthrie was charged under Rule 69.1 in that SENSITIVE LAND weighed in 1.6kg over her last race start weight.J Guthrie was fined $100 under the minor infringement system.

Race 4 HOMEBUSH NORMAN weighed in 1.9kg over his last race start weight, however due to the greyhound changing trainers no penalty was imposed.

Race 10 ACHEW ACHEW weighed in 1.9kg over his last race start weight but no penalty was imposed due to the dog not having started since the 28th of April 2011.

Race 1	Otago First4 Sprint - C1 - 310	JACKIE SHIRAZ jumped awkwardly shifting ground outwards onto MR CAMEROON. Racing into the turn SECRET FORTUNE ran outwards making contact with DAIMLER DAVE. CEE CEE ARE ran wide rounding the bend.
Race 2	President's Stakes - C0 - 545	BORIS MANKINI shifted ground inwards at the start checking TWO DECADES onto MR KNOWALL. SHADOW WOLF raced wide throughout the running. Into the back straight OZARKS CROWN moved outwards forcing SHADOW WOLF wider on the track.
Race 3	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C1 - 310	WHAT WHERE WHEN clipped heels with SHEZA COOL ONE racing into the first bend with a resulting check to BLACK OZARK.
Race 4	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C0 - 310	MAN OH MAN was permitted to box first and proved difficult to load causing a delay to the race start time. MAN OH MAN was then slow to begin. APPRAISED was also slow to jump. SECRET NICOLE shifted outwards shortly after the start coming into contact with BELFAST CHUKKA. APPRAISED pushed outwards soon after also coming into contact with BELFAST CHUKKA. Racing into the turn APPRAISED moved ground outwards striking the hind quarters of WATCH DUTCH GAYE causing APPRAISED to fall heavily. WATCH DUTCH GAYE lost all chance in this incident. A veterinary examination on APPRAISED was requested following this race which revealed no abnormalities.
Race 5	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C2 - 310	JOHNNIE GEORGE and CAWBOURNE BUNDY were both slow to jump. Shortly after the start KINGA COOP moved inwards coming into contact with BAKE BEAN BETTY. Rounding the turn CAWBOURNE BUNDY checked off the heels of JOHNNIE GEORGE.
Race 6	Keyosk Service Bar Stakes - C1 - 545	MEECEES TO PIECES missed the jump settling back of the field. JET SPARK moved inwards shortly after the start making contact with PHARLEY.
Race 7	Green Island Barber Sprint - C3 - 310	SURFIN BIZAAR shifted inwards sharply at the start checking GOSS SAGE. Soon after HOMEBUSH LENNY crossed over with a resulting check to UNO JEWEL, GOSS SAGE and SURFIN BIZAAR.
Race 8	Speedprint Shop Stakes - C3 - 545	REAL SLIM SHADY and HERE EYE AM were both slow to jump, and shortly afterwards HERE EYE AM crossed inwards contacting a back leg of REAL SLIM SHADY. MORIARTY and CAWBOURNE JAKE come together after the start. WHY WHY DELILAH was checked by QUETEE JEWEL in the run to the first bend. MORIARTY was tightened for room racing into the first bend by QUETEE JEWEL which was crossing inwards. MORIARTY then ran outwards forcing WHY WHY DELILAH wide rounding the bend.
Race 9	Dave Robbie Photographer Sprint - C2 - 310	TOWER was a shade slow to begin. In the run to the bend BOSCA FELLA moved inwards checking TOWER. COT CASE CUTIE raced wide throughout the running.
Race 10	Herbert Family Sprint - C3 - 310	OLD MATE DAVE moved inwards after the jump making contact with FULLA PRIDE. OLD MATE DAVE continued to shift inwards onto BIGTIME FORCE with FULLA PRIDE receiving a check. In the run to the turn TIGER HOODS crossed over onto CAWBOURNE FELIX which was checked and forced wider on the track. Rounding the bend FULLA PRIDE checked off the heels of CAWBOURNE FELIX.
Race 11	Herbert Family Stakes - C4 - 545	SHAKEY BAKE and GYPSY JOE made contact shortly after the start. SUPERIOR RANK moved inwards contacting GYPSY JOE rounding the final bend.
Race 12	Forbury Dash - C5 - 310	WICHITA LINEMAN was a shade slow to jump. Rounding the bend GENISTA GARDENS and BOTANY KELLY made heavy contact with both runners losing ground with HOMEBUSH REECE being checked in this incident. Following the race WHERE'S ROBYN was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a soft tissue injury to the left hand lateral metatarsal with a 5 day stand down recommended.
Race 13	St Kilda Tavern Sprint - C4 - 310	BRUNO was slow to jump. POWERFAST PIPPA contacted BOTANY FREDA over the early stages then stumbled losing its momentum.
Race 14	Racing Again Next Tuesday Sprint - C5 - 310	LIFE WITH DEXTER was slow to begin. Racing into the bend SUNSET BOMBER moved inwards tightening CREPE MYRTLE onto HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN. Rounding the bend WATERHOUSE contacted the hind quarters of CREPE MYRTLE which shifted ground outwards sharply into COVELLE. Both those dogs lost all chance as a result.
