| Race 1 | Awapuni Stakes C0 - C0 - 457 | HARRY HALL and MISS RILEY ROSE bumped together on the first corner when racing at the rear and MISS RILEY ROSE lost two lengths. |
| Race 2 | GEON Wellington C0 - C0 - 375 | KIWI PHOENIX, LEO'S GIRL and HOMEBUSH BERNIE were all slow to begin and settled at the rear. BRANCH LANE jumped in from the start and bumped the favourite KARMA RHODE who lost a little ground. KARMA RHODE checked off the heels of HOMEBUSH EDDIE on the first corner and lost a length and he then ran wide into the bend but finished well for 3rd placing. |
| Race 3 | Foxton Dash C1 - C1 - 375 | FIJIAN SAM shifted out and ZULU shifted in going to the first corner and this resulted in HOMEBUSH ALEX and OH EMM EYE both losing ground and they stayed back to finish at the rear. ANYTIME WILL DO was handy enough but was checked on the bend and lost three lengths. |

MUM KNOWS JACK and MR MUTOLA jostled together going to the first corner and they drifted back toi the rear and then ran wide into the bend forcing CHAINSAW PETE to run wide covering extra ground and they finished in the last three places. |
| Race 5 | Cloverlea Dash C2 - C2 - 375 | HOMEBUSH JODIE jumped in from the start and collided with FRIZZLE FRAZZLE and they both lost ground. PIN UP PUPPY was slow to begin and FRIZZLE FRAZZLE then shifted out and collided with PIN UP PUPPY and they both lost ground and finished well back in the rear group. YALDHURST FLYER suffered a claw injury and was stood down for 7 days. |
| Race 6 | Woodville Sprint C3 - C3 - 375 | MY BAD JONNY jumped out at the start and checked ANOTHER DRIZZLE and CRYSTAL KATIE who both lost ground and settled at the rear. TURF MOOR galloped on the back of MY BAD JONNY on the first corner and they both lost several lengths and all chance and they finished in the rear group. |
| Race 7 | Shannon Dash C5 - C5 - 375 | MINDARIVA was slow to begin losing three lengths but he recovered to finish well for 3rd placing. BOTANY BARB was checked going to the first corner losing three lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place. |
| Race 8 | Turakina Dash C3/4 - C3/4 - 375 | One of the favourites JENNINGS was a little slow to begin and settled near the rear and he then ran a little wide on the bend covering extra ground and finished in 6th place. CALYPSO RUMBLE and THRILLING ALI raced at the rear and bumped together on the bend losing a couple of lengths and they finished in the last two places. |
| Race 9 | Manawatu Raceway Stakes C5 - C5 - 457 | JUST DEFY THAT began well and led going to the first corner but then ran a little wide entering the home straight giving away the lead and forcing CONFISCATED and MR METICULOUS to race wide and all three covered extra ground. |

| Race 11 | Marton Stakes C3/4 - C3/4 - 457 | MR JAZZ`MAN was a late scratching when found to have a pectoral muscle injury when removed from the kennels to prepare to race. DON'T KNOW stumbled in its initial stride out of the boxes and lost several lengths and all chance and finished in last place. |
| Race 12 | Levin Stakes C1/2 - C1/2 - 457 | WITCHALICIOUS and GREYWINDS KOBY were slow to begin losing three lengths. WITCHALICIOUS then raced wide on the track but kept up a strong run to win while GREYWINDS KOBY stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. REGAL DANCER was handy going to the first corner but was checked when racing between OKAY'S DERMATOFF and LOUIE MACHALL and she lost three lengths. OH LORDY checked over the heels of GREYWINDS KOBY going into the bend and lost four lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place. |
