Track: Good The curator Mr Craig Butlin has advised the stewards that the track engineer has been in the process of doing the 12 monthly check on all the running gear and boxes and equiptment at the track A copy of his report will be given to the stewards in due course

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C1 - C1 - 520	Soon after the start CULLENS IMPACT came across on to THRILLING ANNIE who was pushed on to MORE MODEL causing THRILLING ANNIE to be squeezed back to the rear at that point losing 3 or so lengths As the field raced in to the first turn EFF FIVE WARNING came acoss on to REQUEST FUNDING causing him to be severley checked he went back to the rear and finished in last placing at the line , THRILLING ANNIE was in behind these dogs and was forced to race out wide in avoiding a collision REQUEST FUNDING was sent for a vet checkas a precaution where no abnormalities were found
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 Ht1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	PRINCE PARADE was slow to leave the boxes losing 2 to 3 lengths Racing down to the first turn VISIONARY MAN ran on to the heels of OoH LA COOL resulting in him checking back with CONOR MACHALL and HOMEBUSH BERNIE running in to VISIONARY MAN as a result of this PRINCE PARADE , CONOR MACHALL and HOMEBUSH BERNIE were forced out wide as they tried to avoid trouble and covered a lot of extra ground as they raced in to the back straight
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C2 - C2 - 305	ANGELIC OSTI (fav) got away from her handler at the stirup , she ran on to the track and went on to the lure ,she only went a short distance She was quickly caught and taken back for a vet examination where she was given the all clear to start by the veterinary surgeon The handler B Cole had tripped on some uneven ground causing the dog to get away B Cole was happy for the dog to carry on to the start and to race In the running ANGELIC OSTI got away with the field in the early stages, however faltered after approx 50 metres and went back through the field to the rear ,she was observed to be uncomfortable in her action and finished a distance behind the field at the line ANGELIC OSTI was sent for a vet check where she was found to have suffered a torn tendon of right biceps with a 42 day stand down recommended
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 Ht2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	Racing in to the run down to the first turn ZACCARA made the turn a bit awkwardly and dropped out to the rear and never got in to contention from there on in ,finishing in last position at the line ZACCARA was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities where found
Race 5	Morrie Gibbons Signs C2 - C2 - 520	Soon after the start JOE BANNER was tightened and squeezed back as GREYWINDS KOBY and JACK BANNER came across on to him ,JOE BANNER became unbalanced for a couple of strides and lost several lengths at this point WITCHALLICIOUS went up with the lids at the start , she recovered well after racing wide in to and around the first turn to finish in 4th placing at the line JODIE BALE was handy in the early run , JACK BANNER came across on to her and she suffered a check causing her to go sideways ,with this she went back through the field to the rear and was not hitting out freely there after finishing in last placing at the line , she was sent for a vet check where she was found to be suffering from pain in fan and triceps muscle with a 7 day stand down recommended
Race 6	Palamountains Nutrition c3 - C3 - 305	FLAG WAVER (fav) was only fairly away from the boxes ,he tried to make ground in the run across the top bend ,he was denied clear racing room in the home straight finishing a close 4th placing at the liine POWERFUL PIPPA was forced to race wide throughout ,he was checked on the home turn by CAWBOURNE DARCY who came out underneath him causing him to lose several lenghts at that point
Race 7	Mickey's Super Liquor C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	In the run down to the first turn BUDDY BROKE came down on to THRILLING LYRIC ,causing this dog to make contact with the rail and lose his footing for a stride or so and almost fell at that point THRILLING LYRIC went back to the rear and was never able to get back in to contention finishing in last placing at the line ,she was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 8	Media Works C5 - C5 - 305	As the field raced in to the first turn BEARLY NORMAL was nudged by SCOTT NO FUNDING and became unbalanced making contact with the rail,BEARLY NORMAL was able to stay handy in the running ,however he raced wide in to the home straight but ran on well for 2nd placing at the line TINYSAURUS was attempting to make ground throughout the running ,as they made the home turn she changed ground inwards as GOT THE JUICE also tried to came down towards the rail these two dogs came together with TINYSAURUS becoming unbalanced and losing ground back to the rear BEARLY NORMAL was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 9	Keenan Concrete Wanganui Cup C5 Ht1 - C5q - 520 Heat 1	This race was delayed 2 minutes at the request of raceday control As the field raced around the first bend GUY BAXTER had to check back off the heels of KERRYS DELIGHT causing him to lose a couple of lengths.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete Wanganui Cup C5 Ht2 - C5q - 520 Heat 2	FREDDY JOHN and APATCHE JET both came out the boxes awkwardly and collided From the jump BIGTIME GEM dictated the line of LITTLE MOTHER for the early run down to the line the first turn causing LITTLE MOTHER some inconvineance for some distance Racing around the first turn APATCHE JET and SEPTEMBER BLUE came together with both dogs losing ground a bit further on SEPTEMBER BLUE came down again on to APATCHE JET causing him to be checked again and he went further back to the rear finishing in last placing at the line APATCHE JET was sent for a vet check where no abnormalities were found
Race 11	Wanganui Security C4 - C4 - 305	From the jump MATES UNITE came in on to JENNINGS (fav) ,then HOMEBUSH JUST came across on to MOLLY DARLING who was trying to come out off the rail resulting in MATES UNITE being squeezed back between them to the rear JENNINGS was trying to get down to the fence and severly tightened EZY INFO for a few strides then HOMEBUSH JUST and MOLLY DARLING came together again as the field raced in to the first turn as a result of this MATES UNITE, JENNINGS and EZY INFO where tighened once again and they went back to the rear not being able to get in to contention from there on in filling the last three placings at the line. MOLLY DARLING recovered well from the earlier incidents to finish in 2nd placing at the line.
Race 12	Broad Roofing Services C4 - C4 - 305	Soon after the start RONS SECRET came across from out wide and ran on to MR JAZZ MAN causing him to become unbalanced for a stride or so then HOMEBUSH DUSTY came out on to PALOMINE as GROOVY BANDIT came across resulting in these dogs being tightened for several strides with GROOVY BANDIT going up in the air at that point A few metres on from this incident GROOVY BANDIT got up on the heels of MR JAZZ MAN and was further hampered when RONS SECRET ran in to the gap between these two dogs as they where regaining their balance MR JAZZ MAN ,GROOVY BANDIT and RONS SECRET lost ground to the rear in these incidents and filled the last three placings at the line
