Judicial report: CALLAHAN (D Roberts) successfully completed a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with Rule 81.
Trainer D STAPLETON was charged with a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of KING COOP, a starter in Race 7 weighed in 1.6kgs under his last race start weight of 35.8kgs on 14 June 2011. He was fined $100.00 as per the NZGRA Minor Infringement Table.
Handler S WHALL was charged with a breach of Rule 71.4 as a result of failing to catch WHERES THE KEYS a starter in Race 8 as arranged with trainer AJ McCook. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $50.00 as per the NZGRA Minor Infringement Table.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295	After the jump LES HART shifted sharply down the track checking COOL LUCK, WHAT WHERE WHEN and SLATERS MATE. On the bend BEAT THE FOURCHE shifted down the track simultaneously to NIGELS DRIVING showing an inclination to move out resulting in NIGELS DRIVING's off front leg rising over the back of BEAT THE FOURCHE with both dogs consequently falling heavily to the track. As a result of this incident SLATERS MATE was severely checked with WHAT WHERE WHEN and COOL LUCK being forced to race wider. Stewards requested a veterinary examination of both NIGELS DRIVING and BEAT THE FOURCHE which revealed no abnormalities.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Stakes - C0 - 520	HAMPDEN SPIRIT was a late scratching on the Vets advice due to suffering an injury when being brought out of it's kennel to race and slipping. A 14 day stand dwon was imposed upon this dog. CHIPEWYAN moved downwards at the start and contacted HALF THROTTLE and KNOW SUPRISE. Into the first bend HALF THROTTLE shifted it's position into the running line of KNOW SUPRISE who was dictated onto KNOW FUTURE with this dog suffering a check. On the first bend LEOS GIRL when improving along the inside of FIXER MCKAY contacted this dog by turning it's hindquarters causing it to lose momentum.
Race 3	Shirley Veterinary Centre Dash - C0 - 295	HOMEBUSH SIENNA turned in the boxes and as a consequence took no part in the event. In compliance with rule 72.13 this dog was stood down until such time that it could complete a satisfactory box trial. FLUKY LUCY and ANOTHER HIT bumped on the final bend.
Race 4	www.willywhatatstud.com Dash - C1 - 295	No racing incidents to report.
Race 5	Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C1 - 520	Into the first bend BOTANY GARETH, KIT HAKA and OHOKA ZOE all raced in confined quarters due to these dogs all attempting to find a forwards position. When racing in limited room KIT HAKA was bumped and lost it's momemtum. This dog was further checked shortly afterwards when SEISMIC STORM improved on it's inner and turned the dog slightly, costing it further ground. BOTANY GARETH was contacted on the final bend when racing in a prominent position between SEISMIC STORM and EMILY.
Race 6	Dave Robbie Photographer Dash - C1 - 295	On the final bend OHOKA DUKE shifted outwards off the heels of OPAWA BLACK and in doing so collided with ASTRO DAVE.
Race 7	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Sprint - C2 - 295	No racing incidents to report
Race 8	Carol's T.A.B. Stakes - C1 - 520	MULBERRY ROSE when racing second into the first bend ran wide on the track losing it's prominent position. This dog was subjected to a post race veterinary examination which revealed the dog to be suffering from pain to its right tricep with a 14 day stand down being imposed.
Race 9	Active Electrical Christchurch Ltd Sprint - C1 - 295	No racing incidents to report.
Race 10	Flair Stakes - C2 - 520	WHAT A MATE was hampered racing into the first bend when obliged to shift outwards off the heels of both EMIE ROSE and SOFA LOAFA.
Race 11	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C1 - 520	After the start FOUR BY TWO shifted inwards impeding DUKE OF FERN. Into the first bend STATE DA OBVIOUS was checked when racing between WAVE YA HAND and SONIC DUFFER.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C2 - 295	VAMPIRES SHADOW was slow to begin. After the jump HOMEBUSH KALAMA ran down the track and caused ELITE PALACE, BOSCA FELLA and MENADER to race in restricted room. Immediately prior to straightening BOTANY ANN was checked by BOSCA FELLA.
