Race 1 | McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C4 - 318 | LUCKY STREAK was last to jump. REALON RAPTURE and GO TO CROW were tightened in the back straight as BEAR CUB attempted to cross from an outside draw. THRILLING LEE was keen to get away from the rail into the bend and in doing so came into contact with KERRIE'S FANTASY and lost ground. LUCKY STREAK and GO TO CROW were also incovenienced in behind and lost ground. GLOW BELLE DOLL was tightened just short of the finish as NATURAL JOURNEY ran inwards. |
Race 2 | June Maiden Series Final - C0f - 318 | EXCITING GIRL and WHO'S ALICE were both slow to jump. Into the bend general tightness caused SAND QUEEN to get on the heels of runners and fell with it and the favourite STRAPPED FORCASH also falling and WHO'S ALICE receiving a terminal check and losing ground. Post race veterinary checks of the fallen runners revealed no injuries. |
Race 3 | Thornton Auctions Series Final - C1f - 527 | MADDER THAN was the slowest from the traps. On the first bend SIPPIN TEQUILA checked outwards off FIRESIDE BLAZE and into the path of SEEING EXCUSES who lost ground and dropped to the rear. A post race veterinary check of SIPPIN TEQUILA revealed a grazed pad with a fourteen day stand down recommended. |
Race 4 | Trophies Plus Stakes - C0 - 527 | JETSUN WILKIE and favourite LOCHINVAR YASI were the slowest to jump. Into the first bend EDWARD CULLEN and SAND BUSTER checked off runners and ran wide losing ground with JETSUN WILKIE being impeded behind them. LOCHINVAR YASI hit the lead at the end of the back straight but tired slightly in the run home finishing second. |
Race 5 | Reel-Fishin.com Series Heat 1 - C1q - 318 Heat 1 | Favourite MOODY TUNES was last to jump. Into the bend SHIRONA and SHOWTIME ADDIS came together for a stride with SHIRONA losing ground. MOODY TUNES ran outwards soon after colliding with BIG LASS who was crossing from wider out with MOODY TUNES falling and THRILLING KITE receiving a check. MOODY TUNES completed the course with a post race veterinary check revealing digital flexor pain and a grazed stopper pad with a twenty one day stand down recommended. Race 6 | Protector Safety Sprint - C2/3 - 318 | Favourite JULIA NORRIS and THRILLING PETRA were the slowest to jump. JULIA NORRIS was then badly held up on the turn when attempting to improve losing momentum and dropping to the rear. There was no head on view available for this race. |
Race 7 | $20,000 Pick6 Stakes - C2/3 - 527 | Tightness into the first bend resulted in SMASH BANG WIN being checked and dropping to the rear. EXPENDITURE ran wide into the bend and lost ground. |
Race 8 | Reel-Fishin.com Series Heat 2 - C1q - 318 Heat 2 | WINSOME KELLY and CYCLONE HOOLEY were last to jump. Into the bend CYCLONE HOOLEY ran outwards and contacted EXCUSABLE with this runner being turned sideways and losing ground. |

AMBLE UP checked outwards off ELLY'S GIRL into the bend and lost a couple of lengths. AMBLE UP was subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed a deltoid muscle tear with a twenty eight day stand down recommended. |
Race 10 | Magness Benrow Stakes - C4/5 - 527 | CORE POWER and WINSOME RITE came together into the first bend. Following the race WIZARD APPEAL and CORE POWER were both subject to veterinary checks. CORE POWER was found to have a fractured digit and ligament damage with a forty two day stand down recommended. |

Race 12 | Reel-Fishin.com Series Heat 3 - C1q - 318 Heat 3 | TRIPLEM HAND ran outwards soon after the jump checking TUI'S PLEASE who dropped to the rear. On the bend TUI'S PLEASE got on the heels of BIG SAM'S GIRL and lost ground as he was attempting to improve. LOONEY LEE ran wide on the home turn and pushed an improving TRIPLEM HAND on that turn. |
