Judicial report: B.O'Connell the Trainer of CLUAIN MEALA was fined $ 100-00 under the minor infringement table for a breach of Rule 69.11 when the dog was presented 4.5 kilograms down in weight from its last start on 08.06.11.

Race 1	Awapuni Stakes C0 - C0 - 457	LIAM MACHALL was slow to begin and he tailed the field throughout and finished in last place. PEZULA BOY was also a little slow to begin and he then raced wide on the track covering extra ground and finished in 6th place. YIFRASHEWA was checked and stumbled losing ground in the run to the first corner and finished in the rear group.
Race 2	GEON Wellington C0 - C0 - 375	CLUAIN MEALA weighed in 4.5 kilograms down in weight from its last start 5 days previous and the dog had been presented at that previous start up in weight by 5.3 kilograms. The dog was kennelled but the Stewards ordered the dog be re Vetted with a more thorough examination, including the use of a stethascope prior to the race and CLUAIN MEALA was late scratched due to weight loss, an elevated heart rate and in the interests of its welfare. ANITA WIN, MISS RILEY ROSE and WAIRERE MIRACLE were all checked on the first turn when runners drawn further out shifted in and they lost several lengths and all chance.
Race 3	Foxton Dash C1 - C1 - 375	MISS FOLEY shifted out on the first corner and forced HI JEAN and HOMEBUUSH CECIL wide over extra ground on the bend and into the straight and they finished in the last three places.
Race 4	Peter Sinclair Photos C2 - C2 - 375	All clear.
Race 5	Cloverlea Stakes C1 - C1 - 457	HANDBRAKE HARRYand REQUEST FUNDING bumped together several times in the run to the first corner and they both lost several lengths and finished at the rear.
Race 6	Woodville Dash C3 - C3 - 375	The favourite LARA PINTER was midfield on the first corner but became awkwardly placed between runners on the bend and lost ground and he finished in 6th place.
Race 7	Shannon Dash C2 - C2 - 375	MICKEY THE RAT checked off the heels of THRILLING SIMONE on the first corner and both dogs lost ground and they never recovered and finished at the rear.
Race 8	Turakina Dash C5 - C5 - 375	THRILLING BASH and MINDARIVA were a little slow to begin losing three lengths. MINDARIVA then raced wide covering extra ground and finished 6th . CAULDRON checked off the heels of LIL' LARRIKIN on the first corner losing several lengths and all chance and he finished in last place. THRILLING BASH was also affected in this incident and lost a little ground.
Race 9	Manawatu Raceway Stakes C1/2 - C1/2 - 457	MIRAGE ROYALE was checked on the first corner and drifted back soon after to finish several lengths last and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. GLEN ABBEY MAL shifted in on the first corner and collided with BOTANY MATTHEW and they jostled for a few strides and both lost ground.
Race 10	www.racingdogs.co.nz C3/4 - C3/4 - 375	WITCHALICIOUS was very slow to begin losing four lengths. CONFISCATED checked off the heels of ROYAL PARDON on the first corner and went back and out and inconvenienced GROOVY BANDIT and THRILLING BUDDY who both lost a little ground and they finished at the rear. CONFISCATED recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 11	Marton Stakes C3/4 - C3/4 - 457	CAUGHT THE EYE checked off the heels of RYBENBROOK FLASH on the bend and shifted out forcing KILMAINHAM CHILL to run wide covering extra ground.
Race 12	Hokowhitu Sprint C4/5 - C4/5 - 375	ERIC PHOENIX jumped in and FLASH ENFORCER jumped out at the start and this resulted in a slight check to ROADMAN'S SHACK. CAWBOURNE WHIZZ shifted in on the first corner and this resulted in a check to CATCH A PUNTA who lost three lengths but he recovered well to finish in 3rd place.
