Judicial report: The Stewards used their discretion under the provisions of Rule 72.13 and allowed JABU to box trial after the last race after the dog had turned in the boxes in race one and the trial was completed satisfactorily.

Race 1	AWAPUNI DASH C0 - C0 - 375	KATIE HAKA began awkwardly and stumbled losing ground. JABU turned in the boxes losing several lengths and all chance and is required to complete a box trial under the provisions of Rule 72.13 prior to next racing. REQUEST FUNDING shifted in on the first corner and checked PRINCE PARADE and KANGO KLINK and all three lost ground.
Race 2	GEON WELLINGTON C1 - C1 - 375	OH EMM EYE and JIMMY HAKA jostled together for several strides racing around the bend and they lost several lengths and finished at the rear. CHELSEA'S BEAUTY checked off the heels of IMPERATIVE on the bend and shifted out forcing CRASH GYBE a little wide.
Race 3	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS C1 - C1 - 457	SHARKIE'S DREAM and GREYWINDS KOBY were both slow to begin losing several lengths. SHARKIE'S DREAM made up ground well to finish in 4th place but GREYWINDS KOBY stayed back and after receiving a check entering the home straight, he finished in last place.
Race 4	FOXTON DASH C1 - C1 - 375	INIGO JONES was a little slow to begin and then checked off the heels of EMMA MARIE on the first corner and lost ground. OH LORDY was checked losing several lengths on the bend when NIGEL THE LEGIN moved through on the inside.
Race 5	CLOVERLEA SPRINT C2 - C2 - 375	HI JEAN shifted out on the first corner and checked THRILLING SIMONE who went back to the rear and she stayed back to finish in last place. HI JEAN also lost ground in the incident but recovered to finish in 4th place.
Race 6	MANAWATU RACEWAY DASH C3/4 - C3/4 - 375	NIP TUCK and CRYSTAL KATIE were both a little slow to begin. NIP TUCK then raced wide on the track covering extra ground but finished well for 3rd placing.
Race 7	SHANNON STAKES C4/5 - C4/5 - 457	THRILLING DARLS shifted out and RYBENBROOK FLASH shifted in at the start and this resulted in checks to BARKHAMSTED, KILMAINHAM CHILL, OPAWA DREAM and LAGOON BEACH BOY who were drawn in between and they settled at the rear.
Race 8	WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ C3 - C3 - 375	The eventual winner LOOKS DECIEVING shifted out on the first corner and checked CAWBOURNE DRAG and ROMBERG LASS who both lost ground. THRILLING ALI, GROOVY MANGO and SOUTHERN EIGHTY jostled together on the home turn and they all lost ground in the incident. CAWBOURNE DRAG checked over the heels of SOUTHERN EIGHTY on the bend and shifted out causing a check to ROMBERG LASS.
Race 9	TURAKINA DASH C5 - C5 - 375	CAULDRON shifted in on the first corner and checked SEMENYA and CAWBOURNE JOSE who both lost ground with CAWBOURNE JOSE being the most affected and he lost four lengths and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 10	WOODVILLE STAKES C2/3 - C2/3 - 457	SUZY MAC jumped on terms with the other runners but was checked soon after and she stayed back throughout to finish in 2nd last place. I'M NO VEGAN shared the lead with DON'T KNOW on the bend but then eased and turned its head towards DON'T KNOW and the kennel representative B.Cole viewed the D.V.D replay and admitted that I'M NO VEGAN had breached Rule 80.1 b and the dog was stood down for 28 days with the requirment to trial before racing again. Mr Cole indicated that I'M NO VEGAN would not be persevered with as a racing proposition.
