| Race 1 | AWAPUNI STAKES C0 - C0 - 457 | MARJI MAYCEE ran in from the start and checked TEPIRITA ALI and MISTY COOL who both settled at the rear. TEPIRITA ALI made up a huge amount of ground from there to finish strongly for 3rd place while MISTY COOL stayed back and finished in last place. PICK A PEPPER and MELODY'S MUSE collided and lost ground on the bend. |
| Race 2 | GEON WELLINGTON C1 - C1 - 375 | PARRA SPARRA and PIN UP PUPPY were slow to begin and settled back and PIN UP PUPPY, HAPPY CLAPPY and HOMEBUSH WIGGLE were all checked and lost ground on the first corner. PARRA SPARRA recovered from the slow start to make up ground well and win narrowly. |
| Race 3 | PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS C1 - C1 - 375 | SHARKIE'S DREAM went up with the box lids losing several lengths but she made up ground very well to finish in 5th place. YA GUNNA, BOUND BY PRIDE and CHELSEAS BABE were all checked on the bend and lost ground. |

| Race 5 | CLOVERLEA DASH C1 - C1 - 375 | JIMMY HAKA was slow to begin losing three lengths. WHERE'S WALLY shifted out from the start and checked CRASH GYBE and NUTS FOR SURE. WHERE'S WALLY continued to shift out forcing NUTS FOR SURE to race wide and she finished in last place while WHERE'S WALLY made up ground to finish in 4th place. |
| Race 6 | MANAWATU RACEWAY DASH C3 - C3 - 375 | The favourite SOUTHERN EIGHTY was a little slow to begin and settled back in the field. SOUTHERN EIGHTY was checked and lost ground on the first corner when running into the back of CAWBOURNE MO and was checked again in the home straight when avoiding the heels of THRILLING LEWIS and REGAL TENT and he finished in 5th place. |
| Race 7 | WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ C4/5 - C4/5 - 457 | FREDDY JOHN shifted in going to the first corner and caused checks to SNOW TRAIL and KILMAINHAM CHILL who both went back to the rear and they stayed there to the finish. |
| Race 8 | RIVERDALE DASH C4 - C4 - 375 | RYBENBROOK FLICK shifted in on the first corner and checked NIP TUCK who lost five lengths but she recovered to make up ground and finished in 4th place. The favourite CIAO FOR NOW was handy entering the home straight but clipped the heels of CAWBOURNE WHIZ and fell and DOING THE TIME was also hindered in the incident when unable to avoid the fallen dog. CIAO FOR NOW was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with bruising over the loins. |
| Race 9 | NZRS FINAL - NZRSf - 457 | ASSEGAI and THRILLING SIGHT were checked and lost ground when starting on the bend and they never recovered and finished at the rear. JUST DEFY THAT led from the start but ran very wide on the bend and into the straight covering extra ground but then ran on well in the straight to finish in 2nd place. |
| Race 10 | TURAKINA SPRINT C4/5 - C4/5 - 375 | CAULDRON shifted out on the first corner and caused checks to CONFISCATED, LITTLE BLACKSPOT, FLASH ENFORCER and LAW'S HILL who all lost ground and they stayed back to finish in the last four places. |
| Race 11 | SHANNON STAKES C3 - C3 - 457 | SITE AN EXCUSE shifted out from the start and collided with THRILLING ALI and they lost ground and settled near the rear. SITE AN EXCUSE was checked again on the first corner and lost another three lengths and all chance of a first four placing. Last start winner SUMMER SPICE was handy enough on the bend but then appeared to shorten stride and drifted out to finish several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a severe tricep muscle tear. |
| Race 12 | WOODVILLE STAKES C1/2 - C1/2 - 457 | DANCING POWER ran out from the start and checked JUSTIFY A SITE who settled well back. DANCING POWER shifted out again on the first corner and checked JUSTIFY A SITE and OKUKU FLYER who both lost ground and DANCING POWER then dropped out to the rear and finished last and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a pectoral muscle injury. JUSTIFY A SITE went off stride on the bend and he too dropped out to finish just ahead of DANCING POWER in 2nd last place and was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with pectoral and tensor fascia lata muscle injuries. |
