Judicial report: LOTTO BIFF who was stood down with an injury at Palmerston North on Monday 02 May has had the stand down rescinded today when rexamined by an approved Veterinarian in the presence of a Steward under the provisions of Rule 82.5.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305	REQUEST FUNDING was slow to begin losing three lengths but recovered quickly to be mid field on the first corner but then collided with OUT BY FIVE and they jostled for several strides and both lost ground. OUT BY FIVE was crowded from the outside in the race to the first corner and was pushed in causing checks to INTENSE ZOOM and SAFFRON FLAHERTY who both lost ground.
Race 2	Guthrie Bowron Wanganui C0 - C0 - 520	JUST TIANA shifted in from the start and caused checks to KIT HAKA, MELODYS MUSE and MISTY COOL who all lost ground. ANOTHER STAR checked off the heels of JUST TIANA on the first corner and shifted out causing a check to MELODYS MUSE who was forced wide going into the first bend. ANOTHER STAR was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days with a cut on a toe.
Race 3	Harrison Hire Master C1 - C1 - 305	COUGH IT UP was slow to begin and he stayed back throughout to finish in last place.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1 Ht1 - C1q - 520 Heat 1	SHARKIES DREAM went up with the box lids losing four lengths but she recovered well and with a clear rails run throughout she finished well for a close fourth placing.
Race 5	Broad Roofing Services C1 - C1 - 305	One of the favourites HOMEBUSH NELSON was slow to begin and then on the first corner, he galloped on VIOLET JAZZ and dragged that runner down and HOMEBUSH NELSON again lost ground and finished in 2nd last place. VIOLET JAZZ was examined by the Vet and found to have a minor webbing cut but no stand down was required.
Race 6	Morrie Gibbons Signs C1 Ht 2 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	ANOTHER DOLLAR shifted in on the first corner and bumped with MUM KNOWS JACK for a couple of strides. HOMEBUSH JACK who was following had to check off the heels and shifted out pushing CULLENS IMPACT wide on the first bend. SECRET CHLOE raced wide on the track throughout covering extra ground and she finished in last place.
Race 7	Wanganui Security Services C1 - C1 - 305	ANOTHER DRIZZLE shifted in soon after the start and checked HOMEBUSH ZITA who fell and also FAWN ALLEGRO and HOMEBUSH BREE who both lost several lengths and they finished at the rear. HOMEBUSH ZITA was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a gracilus muscle injury.
Race 8	Mickey's Super Liquor C1 Ht 3 - C1q - 520 Heat 3	JIMMY HAKA was slow to begin losing three lengths. THRILLING GRIZZ checked off the heels of HAPPY CLAPPY on the first corner and shifted out to race wide on the first bend. He also raced wide on the final bend and into the home straight but still finished in 3rd place. HAPPY CLAPPY and ANOTHER MATE jostled together approaching the back straight and both lost ground.
Race 9	Gary Ross Decorator R/A - R/A - 305	BOTANY BARB was checked running to the first corner and she went back to last. RONS SECRET was tightened from the outside on the first corner and made firm contact with the rail losing several lengths. She was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete C1 Ht4 - C1q - 520 Heat 4	RHYME IN MELODY shifted in entering the back straight and checked THRILLING ANNIE and YA GUNNA who lost four lengths but they recovered to finish in 3rd and 4th places.
Race 11	Couper Catering C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 12	GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 305	SINGLE SCULLER shifted out on the first corner and caused a slight check to EMMA MARIE and OH LORDY who both lost ground.
