Judicial report: This meeting, which was originally scheduled to be held at Manawatu Raceway was transferred to Wanganui due to extensive remedial work being required at Manawatu after a large number of quite large stones being mixed with the last lot of sand delivered and spread on the track.

Race 1	AWAPUNI DASH C0 - C0 - 305	HOMEBUSH EDDIE shifted in on the first corner and checked MORNING WATCH who lost several lengths and all chance and she finished in last place. WAIRERE MIRACLE was galloped on by HOMEBUSH EDDIE after crossing the finish line and she fell heavily and was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 2	GEON WELLINGTON C1 - C1 - 305	LOTTO BIFF and SHEZA RATBAG were checked losing three lengths on the first corner and they stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 3	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS C0 - C0 - 520	MISS OZARK and RONAN MACHALL collided soon after the start and both lost ground. OZARK'S CROWN eased up and lost several lengths entering the first bend and he then began to race again and made up ground but still finished in last place. He was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury and was subsequently stood down for 28 days for a breach of Rule 80.1 b and is required to complete a satisfactory trial before next racing.
Race 4	FOXTON DASH C2 - C2 - 305	WHERE'S WALLY checked off the heels of REAL CLEVER soon after the start and dropped back to last. He then ran very wide over extra ground on the bend and finished in last place.
Race 5	CLOVERLEA STAKES C1 - C1 - 520	The favourite I'M READY was momentarily hindered when having to check over the heels of the weakening IGNITE THE LIGHT soon after entering the home straight and he then finished well for 2nd place.
Race 6	HOKOWHITU DASH C3 - C3 - 305	GROOVY MANGO jumped in at the start and bumped ULTIMATE SPICE who settled at the rear. GROOVY MANGO then shifted in on the first corner and again checked ULTIMATE SPICE who lost three lengths and he stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 7	WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ C4 - C3/4 - 305	The favourite ROYAL PARDON drew box 8 and was forced to race wide on the track throughout covering extra ground and she finished in 4th place.
Race 8	RIVERDALE DASH C4 - C3/4 - 305	CAWBOURNE JADE shifted out in the back straight and checked LOWS AND HIGHS who went back to last but she then secured a clear run through the inside to finish in 2nd place. POWERFUL ENEMY galloped on the back of CAWBOURNE JADE entering the bend and shifted out onto FAST PAUSE with all three dogs losing ground and they stayed back to finish in the last three places.
Race 9	TURAKINA DASH C5 - C5 - 305	SHE ROCKS shifted in on the first corner and checked CIAO FOR NOW and CALYPSO RUMBLE who both lost three lengths and never recovered. SHE ROCKS continued to shift in and caused a check to ADDIS SUNSET on the bend and she also never recovered and finished well back.
Race 10	SHANNON STAKES C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	All clear.
Race 11	WOODVILLE STAKES C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	The favourite TARRA MAGIC ran in from the start and checked SLICE OF MAGIC back to last. REALON RAZZLE shifted in soon after and caused checks to FREDDY JOHN, TARRA MAGIC and NIP TUCK with TARRA MAGIC being the most affected and she went back to 2nd last place and stayed there for the remainder of the race. NIP TUCK ran very wide into the first bend forcing FREDDY JOHN to also race wide but he recovered to finish in 2nd place with NIP TUCK staying back to finish last. TARRA MAGIC and REALON RAZZLE both suffered injuries during the race and were examined by the Vet and TARRA MAGIC was stood down for 28 days with a triangle muscle injury and REALON RAZZLE was stood down for 10 days with a spike wound to a hind leg.
