Judicial report: DRUMS (R Adcock) successfully completed a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with Rule 81.
LJ WARETINI the trainer of KNOW TURBO was charged with a breach of Rule 69.11 when that dog weighed in 1.7kgs above his last race start of 11 March 2011. The matter was adjourned pending a hearing.
An inquiry was opened and adjourned into a breach of Rules 68.2 and 68.6 by trainer LJ WARETINI presenting dogs late for a split kennelling.

Race 1 Super Pets Sprint - C1 - 295 WILLY'S PRIDE ran inwards after jumping tightening RULEBOOK RAY and PARRA SPARRA. Into the bend WILLY'S PRIDE continued his inward movement as ALL AGAINST ME moved away from the rail resulting in checks to ALL AGAINST ME, RULEBOOK RAY and PARRA SPARRA.
Race 2 Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C1 - 295 Both CAWBOURNE TOUCH and FOGGY STORM were slow to jump. Into the bend HOMEBUSH SPARKY moved down towards the rail tightening and checking HOMEBUSH NESTOR. An improving FOGGY STORM collided with HOMEBUSH NESTOR before both were struck by CAWBOURNE TOUCH.
Race 3 Bill's Bar & Bistro Dash - C0 - 295 ZOE'S KEY was slow to jump. VISUAL ILLUSION ran inwards after jumping tightening MAN OH MAN, HURRY HOME and SAWMILLER who all lost ground. Into the home straight MAN OH MAN moved away from the rail coming in contact with FIVE OF HEARTS who was forced out onto ZOE'S KEY.
Race 4 Kolorful Kanvas Maiden - C0q - 520 Heat 1 OPAWA JACK was very slow to jump. Soon after the jump WAFFLER struck the heels of FLIP THE DICE. Into the bend LARCOMB LASS checked out off the hindquarters of FLIP THE DICE before running wide and colliding with CANDY HAKA who was badly checked. Into the back straight HOMEBUSH BERNIE and WAFFLER collided allowing OPAWA JACK to improve along the rail before he was checked when HOMEBUSH BERNIE and WAFFLER moved back towards the rail.
Race 5 Clarkson Sign Studio Sprint - C0 - 295 SAINT RIDER ran outward in the run to the bend checking COOL LUCK and FEARSOME McKAY. FEARSOME McKAY ran out colliding with MOGADISHU around the bend.
Race 6 Kolorful Kanvas Maiden - C0q - 520 Heat 2 HONKING HORNS lost ground when coming up with the lids. ANOTHER MATE ran in sharply on jumping from the boxes colliding with HOMEBUSH SCOTTY who was turned sideways before striking the hindquarters of WALK DA TORQUE. Into the first bend HONKING HORNS checked out off the heels of ANOTHER MATE before being struck by WALK DA TORQUE. ANOTHER MATE ran wide around the first bend and into the back straight. Into the home straight an improving WALK DA TORQUE colided with the hindquarters of HONKING HORNS who was turned sideways. HOMEBUSH SCOTTY drifted out to finiah last with a veterinary check revealing no injury.
Race 7 Carol's T.A.B. Dash - C1 - 295 TRILOGY SERIES tightened KNOW TURBO soon after jumping. MRS. PATCH moved outwards in the run to the bend tightening PETROL VOUCHER, CHARL CLANG and HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN. Soon after HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN and KNOW TURBO collided with both being badly checked. Into the home straight MRS. PATCH was tightened between TRILOGY SERIES and THUNDA THIGHS.
Race 8 Donquest Kennels & Cattery Stakes - C1 - 520 HIGHGROVE tightened MULBERRY BLACK and SEISMIC STORM soon after the jump.
Race 9 Garrards Horse & Hound Sprint - C2 - 295 LIAM TITLE was very slow from the inside box. LES HART ran in on jumping colliding with AKAISHA BALE and SLATER'S MATE. He improved along the rail into the bend tightening MULBERRY NIPPER, AKAISHA BALE and LES HART on his outer.
Race 10 Murray@Re/max Ph.3715005 Stakes - C1 - 520 Both KNOW TELLING and MIGHTY PROPHET were slow to jump. An improving MIGHTY PROPHET checked DUCHESS MAKAYLA around the first bend.
Race 11 Anglers Arms Tavern Sprint - C2 - 295 Both CULVIE CORGI and SMOOCHA were slow to jump. PROTEST LINE was tightened into the bend with CULVIE CORGI and SMOOCHA being forced wide. Into the straight PROTEST LINE ran outwards colliding with both SMOOCHA and CULVIE CORGI, all three losing all chance.
Race 12 Bach Here Thursday Stakes - C1 - 520 SERAPHINE JEWEL tightened LEENY TITLE soon after the jump. Into the first bend FRITO BANDITO and HOMEBUSH NICK moved down towards the rail tightening SERAPHINE JEWEL who came came on TOMMY TEALEAF with both losing ground.
Race 13 $15 Steak Meal Night 14 April Sprint - C1 - 295 RUN PATCHES RUN ran outwards after jump colliding with HOMEBUSH ACE. Around the bend DUDLEY RAMA and CAWBOURNE HELEN came together with CAWBOURNE HELEN losing ground. Into the home straight HOMEBUSH ACE collided with the hindquarters of CAWBOURNE HELEN with both losing further ground.
Race 14 Speight's Sprint - C1 - 295 THATS COOL was slow to jump. SPEEDY LEESHELLE moved off the rail into the bend tightening BETTY BEATZER who came back on DAUNTING. Into the home straight CAWBOURNE ANN ran outwards checking ALICANTE for a stride or two.
