Judicial report: Trainer D FAHEY pleaded guilty to a charge under Rule 64.1 as a result of his failure to notify the Club Secretary of the withdrawal of KNOW EXCITEMENT from his engagement in Race 15 at the Otago GRC meeting on 18 March 2011 prior to 7.30am on race day. He was fined $150.00 as per NZGRA Minor Infringement Table.

Race 1	ADDED ENERGY WELCOME - C0 - 457	MISS OZARK ran in after the jump checking RADAR SHIRAZ and HALF THROTTLE. Into the bend RADAR SHIRAZ moved down towards the rail forcing RISING MERCURY onto the heels of LARCOMB LASS with both losing ground before RADAR SHIRAZ was forced outwards onto HALF THROTTLE and MISS OZARK who were forced wide around the bend.
Race 2	SOUTHLAND & OTAGO PHOTO FINISH - C1 - 390	FOGGY STORM was very slow to jump. Into the bend UNDER COVER ran outwards colliding with THAT'S BIZAAR who lost ground.
Race 3	www.southlandgreyhounds.co.nz - C1 - 457	SWEET APPEAL ran in sharply on jumping colliding with MEDIVAC and MALROY. Into the bend MALROY checked out off the heels of SPIRIT OF GRACE coming in contact with MY BLIND SIDE, both losing ground.
Race 4	BRENDON BURKE @ SOUTHERNWIDE - C3 - 390	HOMEBUSH LENNY ran in after jumping colliding with LA PYTHON. Into the bend SUPERIOR RANK moved off the rail tightening and checking WILLY BOLT before forcing WODSTON BOBO and GENISTA TORNADO wide. Into the home straight LA PYTHON checked out off GENISTA TORNADO with both losing momentum.
Race 5	COLORMARK SYSTEMS LTD - C1/2 - 457	WITCHALICIOUS was slow to jump. SISSI ran in sharply in the run to the bend colliding with BOTANY GARETH and TORQUED UP with all three losing ground. ONE COOL CAT ran in onto JAG YOU ARE into the bend with JAG YOU ARE losing ground before running on late in the home straight.
Race 6	WILLY'S FLOORING LTD - C1 - 390	On jumping WILLY'S PRIDE moved out colliding with MARLENE'S GIRL who was forced out onto WOOF INGILLTAB. Into the bend WILLY'S PRIDE moved sharply inwards badly checking SING CILLA BLACK and LENNY'S FORTUNE on his inner.
Race 7	$26 FIVE WIRE MUZZLE STAKES - C2 - 390	CHASIN' CROWS ran in after jumping tightening CULVIE CORGI and TARGET HAND. Into the bend SURFIN' BIZAAR drove to the lead tightening SMASH KINGDOM, COT CASE CUTIE and CHASIN' CROWS with resultant checks to CULVIE CORGI and FLAT BATTERY. TARGET HAND was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a left hind split webbing with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 8	100% SELECTRIX - C4 - 390	KNOW lost all chance when jumping awkwardly from the boxes. MUSTARD FUDGE ran out in the run to the bend to collide with BIGTIME SLAMMER. Into the bend MUSTARD FUDGE moved down to the rail into the path of BLACK PAN who was checked as a result.
Race 9	$25 YARD MUZZLE STAKES - C2/3 - 457	Into the bend BLACK SHELLEEN moved out colliding with GUY BAXTER with a check to CAWBOURNE INDY. Soon after CAWBOURNE STARS moved down towards the rail tightening HAMPDEN JACK who came back on MICKER MORRIS and REAL SLIM SHADY all three losing ground. BRASSED OFF on their inner was held up for a few strides as a result.
Race 10	Middle Distance Final - NZRSf - 457	In the run to the bend MAMAJA tightened MOST HAUNTED then SABRE DANCE, these two dogs losing ground.
Race 11	ASCOT PARK HOTEL - C5 - 390	DEMOGRAPHIC and OUR BEOWULF were slow to jump and came together soon after the jump settling at the rear.
Race 12	justracing.com.au Final - C1f - 390	COOL JORDIE was slow to jump. In the run to the bend REAL CLEVER moved outwards tightening CAWBOURNE OCKY and MYRA BEE. Into the bend CAWBOURNE OCKY moved towards the rail tightening GEORGIE LEE and NOISE CONTROL before NOISE CONTROL check outwards of the hindquarters of CAWBOURNE OCKY colliding with SAM I AM. Around the bend COOL JORDIE checked out off the heels of SAM I AM
