IN OR OUT galloped on the heels of NUTS FOR SURE on the first turn and NUTS FOR SURE was checked again approaching the home turn when bumped by GLENORCHY. |
| Race 2 | GEON Wellington C1 - C1 - 375 | The favourite HOMEBUSH CECIL jumped well but then drifted back to last but made up some ground to finish in 5th place. He was examined by the Vet as a precaution and stood down for 10 days with a pectoral muscle injury. SHADES was checked on the bend and went back to last and she finished in that position. |
| Race 3 | Peter Sinclair Photos C1 - C1 - 457 | LOU BALE was a late scratching at kennelling when found to be light in condition to the extent that the Vet was of the opinion that the dog would not be competitive. LOU BALE was down 2.5 kilograms from its last race weight and a 14 day stand down was imposed. CRYSTAL BANNER checked off the heels of GO BOOF on the first corner and lost ground. COUGH IT UP began to lose ground near the first corner and she continued to drift and finished a long last. She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a tensor fascia lata muscle injury. |

MAGIC TEMPTRESS was checked from behind by ACHEW ACHEW on the bend and lost two lengths but ran on to finish in 2nd place. |
| Race 5 | Cloverlea Sprint C1/2 - C1/2 - 375 | The favourite TIGER HOODS and STATELY BABE collided at the start and they settled in midfield. TIGER HOODS checked off the heels of GROOVY SHANE on the first corner losing several lengths and he went back to last and stayed back to finish in that position. WHERE'S WALLY began awkwardly losing ground and he then raced wide on the bend and finished in 2nd last place. |
| Race 6 | Hokowhitu Dash C3 - C3 - 375 | One of the favourites LIL'LARRIKIN shifted in racing to the first turn and collided with the hind quarters of CAWBOURNE STEFFI and fell. She was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury. |

THRILLING ALI shifted in on the first turn and caused checks to SUMMER SPICE and TAILS OFF who both lost ground and went back to the rear and they stayed there to the finish. |

SHE ROCKS shifted in on the first corner and checked CAWBOURNE MO who went back to last and she stayed there for the remainder of the race. |

| Race 11 | Shannon Dash C4 - C4 - 375 | CAWBOURNE JADE was handy enough on the first corner but IMA SPICE shifted in and and caused a check which resulted in CAWBOURNE JADE losing several lengths and she stayed back to finish in last place. ERIC PHOENIX was handy in 2nd place in the approach to the home straight but was checked losing three lengths when IMA SPICE improved through on the inside. |
| Race 12 | Woodville Dash C4/5 - C4/5 - 375 | CRYSTAL KATIE was slow to begin losing three lengths. THRILLING BUDDY shortened stride near the first corner and dropped out to finish several lengths behind the 2nd last dog and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with an injury to a hind leg muscle. |
