Judicial report: Trainer D ROBERTS was charged with a breach of Rule 64.1. when failing to scratch MERMAN JEWEL Race 4) before the specified time as set out in the rule. The trainers representative MGC ROBERTS elected to plead guilty to the charge with a fine of $150.00 imposed as per the NZGRA Minor Infringment Table.

Race 1	Otago First4 Sprint - C0 - 310	MOGADISHU was slow to jump. In the run to the turn and into the bend MOGADISHU pushed outwards and forced MAN OH MAN wide. On the turn SLATER'S MATE crossed and checked the running of LADY MCCRACKEN.
Race 2	CSL Containers Stakes - C1 - 545	KNOW BEST and DUKE OF FERN were slow to jump. Shortly after the jump KNOW BEST checked off SPIRIT OF GRACE and lost ground never recovering. Into the first turn DISTINCT IMAGE and GUY BAXTER crossed down with a resulting check to DEVOTCHKA. At the end of the back straight DEVOTCHKA checked off the rear of DISTINCT IMAGE and then on the final turn DEVOTCHKA shifted out off the rear of GUY BAXTER.
Race 3	Herbert Family Sprint - C0 - 310	CANDY HAKA and I'M IN TROUBLE were slow. I'M IN TROUBLE checked off the heels of BILLY HAKA. MR. KNOWALL when improving was checked between CANDY HAKA and HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN. Racing into the bend BILLY HAKA struck the rear of HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN. HOMEBUSH BAKUGAN was subjected to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 4	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C1 - 310	GEORGIE LEE was slow to jump but got a run through on the rails into the turn to finish strongly.
Race 5	St Kilda Vet Stakes - C1 - 545	From the jump BOTANY GARETH and KUNG FU TEDDY ran inwards and tightened OKUKU STAR. Into the first turn MR. MUTOLA checked off the rear of KAYTEE DIVA and moved outwards forcing KUNG FU TEDDY and JUST TEASING wide. In the final turn KAYTEE DIVA crossed and checked KUNG FU TEDDY. After the race KUNG FU TEDDY was subject to a veterinary check and found to have a sore left wrist with a 14 day stand down recommended.
Race 6	Life Members Sprint - C2 - 310	ONE COOL CAT and COOL GALAXY were slow to jump. COOL GALAXY crossed down on ONE COOL CAT racing into the bend. PENIE'S FROM dropped out and was subjected to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 7	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Sprint - C1 - 310	JOHNNIE GEORGE was slow to jump and was always well back in the field. In the run to the turn BOTANY TOM was checked when YAPSTER JEWEL crossed. Into the turn HOMEBUSH TEX crossed over and checked the running of MISS YOU HONEY who in turn checked and forced wide JOHNNIE GEORGE, YAPSTER JEWEL and INGA THE WINGA.
Race 8	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C2 - 545	TORQUED UP was slow to jump. From the jump BLACK SHELLEEN crossed and checked BAKE BEAN BETTY with resulting tightening of HIGHGROVE and RONRAY CRUISER. Into the turn WEARY TRAVELER checked off the rear of HIGHGROVE and BLACK SHELLEEN further checked BAKE BEAN BETTY. BAKE BEAN BETTY and RONRAY CRUISER came together twice around the turn losing ground.
Race 9	Speedprint Shop Sprint - C1 - 310	Race start time delayed 2 minutes due to late starting time of race at Omakau and start time of Race 10 also delayed 2 minutes. On the turn SHARI JEWEL checked out off the rear of UNO IMOGENE, and COOLJORDIE ran outwards focing SHARI JEWEL into the path of CHARLI CLANG with both these dogs losing ground to finish at the rear.
Race 10	www.whoateallthepies.co.nz Sprint - C2/3 - 310	BLACK PAN was slow. SWIP TASTIC ran down the track checking HOMEBUSH LENNY, ALBIE'S LAD and CHASIN' CROWS with ALBIE'S LAD and CHASIN' CROWS losing all chance. BLACK PAN checked off the heels of SWIP TASTIC approaching the straight.
Race 11	Hirepool Stakes - C2/3 - 545	WHAT A MATE and IT'S NOT EASY were slow to jump. From the jump KNOW WHICH ran sharply inwards and checked SMOOCHA. Into the first turn WAVE YA HAND checked off the rear of KNOW WHICH and forced SURELY YOU JEST wide.
Race 12	Green Island Barber Sprint - C4 - 310	Into the turn SINGAPORE WILLY ran outwards and forced WATTLE YOU BEE wide with a resulting check to YALDHURST FLYER and DEMOGRAPHIC.
Race 13	Herbert Family Stakes - C4/5 - 545	Soon after the jump WATMOUGH lost ground when tightened by UNION STEAM. On the final turn into the straight GUTTER BLACK came into contact with the running rail when tightened by GENERAL BOWIE.
Race 14	President's Sprint - C2/3 - 310	FLAT BATTERY, LILETTE BALE and OKUKU BOMBER were slow to jump. In the run to the turn ASK THE BANDIT ran outwards forcing STAGS INGILL and ANOTHER LEGIN wide.
Race 15	Go The Highlanders Sprint - C4 - 310	BOSCA FELLA and MISS BRUGGE were slow to jump. In the run to the turn MISS BRUGGE checked off the rear of OLD MATE DAVE and lost ground. UNO JEWEL crossed over and tightened CAWBOURNE CLICK who fell heavily and pulled up taking no further part in the race. As a result of the fall BOSCA FELLA was severely checked and forced very wide losing all chance to finish at the rear. After the race CAWBOURNE CLICK was subject to a veterinary check which revealed ruptured ligaments on the right hind leg with the dog euthanased on welfare grounds.
Race 16	Racing Again Tuesday 29th March Dash - C5 - 310	SORRY VANDERFORD was slow to jump. Into the turn FIREMAN'S RAFFLE and WILD St.TEDDY came together and lost ground going back on a trailing SORRY VANDERFORD.
