Judicial report: The Stewards received Vet certificates for SANTA SLOY ( 4 day stand down ) and LAGOON BEACH BOY ( 5 day stand down ) who had been scratched from Race 9. The Stewards requested through the kennel representative B.Cole that the dogs be presented at the track under Rule 64.15 for examination by the on track Vet and this examination confirmed that both dogs were not fit to race due to infected quicks.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C1 - C1 - 305	One of the better supported runners LISSADELL REBEL drew box and while handy on the first corner, he then ran wide on the bend over extra ground anfd finished in 5th place. The favourite LACHLAN VALLEY was one of the slowest to begin but made up ground in the run to the first corner but was then checked losing a couple of lengths and finished in 4th place.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C1 - C1 - 305	The favourite SEDGEBROOK LEE went up with the box lids and lost two lengths but he made up ground to finish in 3rd place. KNIGHTS PIECE and HOMEBUSH CECIL were racing at the rear of the field and jostled together for several strides on the bend and into the straight and stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C1 - C1 - 520	WHO'S YA DUFFER was very slow to begin losing several lengths but made up ground for 4th place. DOOLEY'S CHICK who had won two days previous but disappointed today, was observed to begin well but to begin to drift entering the back straight and finished in last place. DOOLEY'S CHICK was examined by the Vet and stood down for 21 days with a hock strain.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C1/2 - C1/2 - 305	POLLY'S PRINCESS began on terms with other runners but dropped out quickly before the first turn and finished several lengths last. She was examined by the Vet and stood down for 28 days with a gracilus muscle injury. LITTLE RIDDLE checked off the heels of ONE WILD THING on the first corner and went back onto FREE COPY and they lost several lengths and all chance.
Race 5	OfficeMax C 3/4 - C3/4 - 305	CHINESE GIRL(fav) was well away from the start and led in to the first turn ,was then observed to shorten stide and drift back through the field and filled last position at the line. CHINESE GIRL was sent for a veterinary examination and to be swabbed and was cleared of injury. Racing in to the first turn MR SIMPLY checked back off the heels of MYSTERY KIM resulting in him going back on to HOMEBUSH JAG with these two dogs losing ground back towards the rear
Race 6	Morrie Gibbons Signs C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	SALLY SAY SO and I'M NO VEGAN disputed the lead from the start until approaching the final bend where I'M NO VEGAN went half a length ahead but then lost a llength. I'M NO VEGAN and SALLY SAY SO then continued in front until the home straight where they bumped together and eventually finished in 4th and 5th places. It could not be established whether there had been contact between the two dogs starting on the final bend due to no head on video coverage in that area. I'M NO VEGAN who had suffered from thumps one week previous was again examined by the Vet and found to have mild post race thumps but no stand down was required.
Race 7	Palamountains Nutrition C2 - C1/2 - 305	MISS COOKA, HOMEBUSH WIGGLE and IMA SPICE were checked in the back straight and HOMEBUSH WIGGLE fell with the other two dogs losing ground. MISS COOKA was again checked and lost further ground on the first corner and soon after ACHEW ACHEW and TOM FINN were checked with ACHEW ACHEW suffering most in the incident. A few strides further on TOM FINN and IMA SPICE came together and they also lost ground. HOMEBUSH WIGGLE was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with grazing and bruising.
Race 8	Mickeys Super Liquor C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	The favourite KINGA MIKE drew box 8 and raced wide into the first corner where he had to check off the heels of MISS ARKANSAS. Soon after, TURF MOOR checked off the heels of UPAHUT CRYSTAL as that runner faded and went out onto KINGA MIKE with both losing ground and they finished at the rear.
Race 9	Keenan Concrete Wanganui C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	SLICE OF MAGIC who was racing in last place, was checked and lost two lengths on the first corner when THRILLING LEWIS shifted in towards the rail.
Race 10	Happy 18th Birthday Sarah Ross C5 Ht 1 - C5q - 305 Heat 1	CAWBOURNE KING shifted in on the first corner and tightened OPAWA MISSY and ADDIS SUNSET and soon after OPAWA MISSY collided with the back of CAWBOURNE KING and was cannoned into from behind by ANOTHER NICK and went down behind and was classed as falling. OPAWA MISSY was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 11	Broad Roofing Services C5 Ht 2 - C5q - 305 Heat 2	ROTKARA MOMENTS checked off the heels of UPAHUT STAR on the first corner and lost a length.
