Judicial report: Trainer GA CLEEVE was charged with a breach of Rule 71.2 when 6 minutes late for preparation of his dog KNOW HELP in Race 1. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $50.00 as per the NZGRA Minor Infringement Table.
