Judicial report: Trainers representative Jonathon McINERNEY was warned in terms of Rule 68. 8 and 68.9 when presenting photocopied papers for ASK THE BANDIT. He confirmed they had inadvertently been left at Wanganui after racing on Wednesday 16 February 2011.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C3 - 295	KNOW INCENTIVE ran inwards after jumping tightening ANOTHER LEGIN, RAISINS and CHASIN' CROWS. Into the bend RAISINS tightened CHASIN' CROWS who lost ground.
Race 2	Casswood Rugs Sprint - C4 - 295	GENERAL VIEW was slow to jump. BIGTIME FORCE jumped awkwardly from the boxes as a result of his near foreleg coming up with the lids resulting in him being unbalanced when jumping. Into the bend BIGTIME FORCE ran out onto GENERAL VIEW when racing at the rear. LIAM BALE ran out colliding with FOUR ONE CHARLIE on straightening up in the home straight. BIGTIME FORCE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed soreness in his right tibia with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C3 - 295	This race started 2 minutes late at the request of Raceday Control. LES HART ran in sharply on jumping tightening KNOX and ANY BAD HABITS before tightening POUTAMA RAMA. Into the bend LES HART and HOMEBUSH BRUCE were checked when squeezed between DEMOGRAPHIC and BIGTIME SLAMMER. DEMOGRAPHIC then ran outwards checking BIGTIME SLAMMER before taking EL KILDA wide around the bend.
Race 4	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Stakes - C2/3 - 520	Both SUPERIOR RANK and WHAT A MATE were slow to jump. In the run to the first bend FANCY DIVER and CAWBOURNE STARS ran inwards resulting in SOFIA'S GIRL checking out off their heels and running wide around the bend. OPAWA PADLESS was tightened into the first bend coming back on SUPERIOR RANK and WHAT A MATE.
Race 5	Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwi's Living With Cancer Dash - C5 - 295	GOTCHA LIFE ran in after jump forcing DA BOSS onto DONNA BAXTER. Into the bend STRAIGHT OFF ran outwards tightening OUR SWEET ROSE who lost ground coming back on HOMEBUSH REECE, SAFE AND SECURE and DONNA BAXTER.
Race 6	Bill's Bar & Bistro Stakes - C5 - 520	AWESOME BENDER ran outwards in the run to the first bend colliding with GENERAL BOWIE before checking off the heels of MAINLAND STAR and colliding with WINSOME BUCKS. Around the first bend FIFTH EDITION struck the hinquarters of EMILY BAXTER who was dragged down drifting through the field to finish last. OPAWA COLLAR was checked in this incident. EMILY BAXTER was subject to veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 7	Hampden Tavern Stakes - C2 - 520	MR.MUTOLA ran in on jumping colliding with SMOOCHA. In the run to the first bend MOLLY PARTON moved away from the rail checking BRASSED OFF and ALCATRAZ BOY. ALCATRAZ BOY and MR.MUTOLA came together into the first bend. RONRAY CRUISER who finished 2nd was hit heavily at the lure pull up and fell before being trampled by dogs. A veterinary check revealed nothing amiss.
Race 8	www.aaroncoullhearttransplant.co.nz Dash - C4 - 295	FIREMAN'S RAFFLE and CAWBOURNE CART jump to the lead with FIREMAN'S RAFFLE moving outwards into the bend to collide with CAWBOURNE CART. FIREMAN'S RAFFLE was checked as a result coming back on SORRENTO SUN and REWIND HISTORY who in turn came back on REDLINE CHAOS.
Race 9	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity Final - R/Af - 520	The race start was held help as a result of an inquiry with the handler of ARCHIE'S JET. Following that inquiry the race started approximately 2 minutes late. Soon after the jump TIMS TIGER ran inwards checking ARCHIE'S JET who lost ground. Into the back straight NINA'S GIRL ran wide taking TIMS TIGER with her before being forced off the racing surface for a short distance. Trainer D FAHEY was shown the race film and offered the opnion that NINA'S GIRL had become unbalanced when coming in contact with TIMS TIGER and that had caused her to leave the racing surface. Her racing style is to run wide on the straights and drive down to the rail in the bends, and she was again inconvenienced when turning into the home straight.
Race 10	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C2/3 - 520	THRILLING QUEST and CROSSFIRE MAX struck the heels of LILETTE BALE into the first bend. Into the back straight CROSSFIRE MAX ran out colliding with THRILLING QUEST. At the end of the back straight an improving KNOW EXCITEMENT checked LILETTE BALE.
Race 11	Flair Sprint - C5 - 295	SUNSET BOMBER ran in after jumping colliding with FREDDIE BAXTER. Soon after COVELLE ran outwards colliding with FREDDIE BAXTER. SUNSET BOMBER ran out around the first bend taking TEPIRITA TIKI wide. The first two placegetters HALF AS MATE and EXCITING KYLE were hit by CAWBOURNE CLICK at the lure pull with both falling and being trampled. Both were subject to veterinary checks which revealed nothing amiss. COVELLE was also vetted and found with a left hind laceration with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295	BLUESKY WONDER lost ground when running in after the jump colliding with BOTANY ANN. Around the bend JUST BEATRICE moved out to come in contact with TUNZA REVS.
