Judicial report: Following inquiries trainer L WARETINI was charged with a breach of Rule 68.2 as a result of being late to kennel OHOKA BELLA for Race 11 at Christchurch GRC meeting on 4 February 2011. She pleaded guilty to the charge and was fined $50.00 as per the NZGRA Minor Infringment table.
Trainers J&D FAHEY were charged with a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of IT'S NOT EASY, a starter in Race 10 weighing in at 35.7kgs, 1.7kgs under her last race start weight of 37.4kgs on 27 January 2011. They were fined $100.00 as per the NZGRA Minor Infringment table.

Race 1	Super Pets Sprint - C4 - 295	All clear.
Race 2	Amber Cleaning Services Dash - C3 - 295	WHERE'S MY SEAT ran out on jumping colliding with POUTAMA RAMA losing ground. Around the bend CHASIN' CROWS and ELITE BAXTER came together with ELITE BAXTER losing momentum.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Stakes - C3 - 520	GUTTER BLACK was slow to jump. CROSSFIRE MAX ran out around the first bend into the path of WHAT A MATE and GUTTER BLACK, these two coming together into the back straight.
Race 4	www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Dash - C3 - 295	SOMETIMES ALAN ran in sharply after jumping colliding with LES HART and DEMOGRAPHIC who both lost ground. Into the bend SOMETIMES ALAN and BLACK MERCEDES came together with BLACK MERCEDES coming back on DEMOGRAPHIC and ANOTHER LEGIN.
Race 5	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C5 - 520	ZITA GRACE moved out after the jump colliding with GENERAL BOWIE and CAWBOURNE JAKE before being forced down onto OPAWA COLLAR, all four losing ground.
Race 6	Murray@Re/max Ph.3715005 Sprint - C5 - 295	The winner GOTCHA LIFE ran in sharply after the jump checking NATALIA BALE, MISS BRUGGE, LIAM BALE and CAWBOURNE LORNA who all lost ground. MISS BRUGGE was forced onto the rail as a result. Into the bend GOTCHA LIFE and MILLIE'S ME MUM collided when vying for the lead with MILLIE'S ME MUM sustaining a check resulting in KNOW PROOF striking the rail. KNOW PROOF who was trailing then moved off the rail forcing EXCITING KYLE, LIAM BALE and CAWBOURNE JAKE wide on the track. Both MISS BRUGGE and KNOW PROOF were vetted which revealed no injury to KNOW PROOF however MISS BRUGGE was found with a spike wound and small tear to the right hind web with a 10 day stand down recommended.
Race 7	Garrard's Horse & Hound Dash - C4 - 295	After the jump CAWBOURNE SHOT ran inwards checking PURE CHEMISTRY, LINDSAY CLEEVE and BOSCA FELLA who all lost ground. Soon after JACKSON CAT ran down to collide with these dogs who all lost further ground. LINDSAY CLEEVE and CAWBOURNE SHOT ran wide around the bend as a result.
Race 8	Ross Bailey Motors Sprint - C5 - 295	REDLINE CHAOS was slow to jump. Into the bend AINT THAT COOL was tightened by UNO HARRIET resulting in AINT THAT COOL checking outwards and running wide around the bend.
Race 9	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity - R/Aq - 520 Heat 1	As the lure approached the 520 metre start the outside of the lids worked free with the lids not electronically activating. The dogs were released manually by the Starter with the lure being pulled up shortly afterwards. All competitors were vetted and the race restarted. THRILLING BRAT ran inwards after the jump colliding with KNOW WHICH who in turn hit SOFIA'S GIRL, both losing ground. KNOW WHICH was subject to a post race veterinary check which revealed a skinned left fore stopper pad with a 7 day stand down recommended.
Race 10	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity - R/Aq - 520 Heat 2	TEDDY MARCELLO ran in after the jump colliding with IT'S NOT EASY and HAMPDEN JACK. Into the first bend HAMPDEN JACK improved along the rail before striking the hindquarters of CASLEY who was pushed out onto THRILLING TUNE who in turn was turned sideways into the path of TEDDY MARCELLO.
Race 11	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Canterbury Futurity - R/Aq - 520 Heat 3	Into the first bend KNOW INCENTIVE checked out off the heels of TIMS TIGER colliding with KNOW EXCITEMENT on his outer. KNOW EXCITEMENT was dragged down before being struck by THRILLING QUEST and MULBERRY ROSE with all three losing there chance. KNOW INCENTIVE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C5 - 295	FOUR TO MIDNIGHT was a late scratching when found to be in season when retrieved for race preparation. OUR SWEET ROSE ran in after jumping checking KNOW JOY, STRAIGHT OFF and GENERAL VIEW on her inner. Around the bend CAWBOURNE CLICK and GENERAL VIEW came together losing ground.
