| Race 1 | Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C0 - 375 | STABILE EYES was last to jump. MILLIE SWANSON was tightened into the first bend losing ground with ASK SIX also receiving a check wider on the track at this stage. |
| Race 2 | Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Series Final - C1f - 375 | THRILLING KITE was last to leave the traps. Into the bend PIN UP PUPPY, PLASMAH and THRILLING RANSOM were all tightened with PLASMAH going up in the air and losing a few lengths. THRILLING RANSOM recovered well to run second. |
| Race 3 | Innovative Homes Sprint - C1 - 375 | FIJIAN SAM ran inwards sharply soon after the jump tightening CENTRAL SKIP, ALL IN ONE, BINGO STARR and OKAYS BENAYOUN with BINGO STARR falling at this stage. He regained his feet and completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. Soon after DECADENT ran outwards and checked CENTRAL SKIP who lost some more ground. |
| Race 4 | Interislander Dash - C2 - 375 | BARALLEN and BURN FOR US were both slow to jump. The favourite THRILLING SIGHT was inconvenienced soon after the jump as FAIR MOVIN ran outwards. THRILLING SIGHT received another check and lost a couple of lengths off the back of FAIR MOVIN into the bend and switched to the rails where he was slightly held up on the home turn battling on for sixth. BARALLEN checked outwards off heels on the home bend and lost some momentum. |
| Race 5 | Happy 70th Birthday Peter Henley Stakes - C3/4 - 457 | CORNELIUS was slow and raced wide for the first part of the race. Into the bend WINSOME FLASH came together with HONG KONG LOUIE and lost a couple of lengths as TRIPLE TEE crossed WINSOME FLASH and found the lead. WINSOME FLASH recovered well to run fourth. |
| Race 6 | Kirstie McGrail @ Harcourts Sprint - C3/4 - 375 | THRILLING CAIRO was tightened into the bend and lost ground. |
| Race 7 | Protector Safety Stakes - C1 - 457 | MACHIN SHIN and ICED UP came together for a stride soon after the jump as did ICHI NI and SPECIAL PROJECT soon after. ICHI NI was pushed outwards by THRILLING GRIZZ towards the end of the back straight and then checked from behind by THRILLING GRIZZ losing some momentum and putting in a couple of awkward strides. |

| Race 9 | Vehicle Services LTD Stakes - C2 - 457 | JAYDEN'S COURAGE ran outwards in the early stages hampering WINSOME JOLIE for a few strides. |
| Race 10 | Te Awamutu Self Storage Sprint - C1 - 375 | FRIZZLE FRAZZLE was last to jump. Soon after the start BIT OF VISION ran inwards checking MISS FOLEY who drifted to the rear. Into the bend BIT OF VISION was badly dragged down from behind by SOHO PRINCE with BIT OF VISION dropping to the rear. A post race veterinary check of BIT OF VISION revealed no injury. FRIZZLE FRAZZLE checked outwards off MISS FOLEY into the bend and lost a couple of lengths. |
| Race 11 | White & Moreland LTD Sprint - C5 - 375 | PRIVATE PEDRO was held up in behind runners until well into the home straight when he hooked to the outside and ran on well for second. |
| Race 12 | 0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C5 - 457 | HAVE A YAP received a slight check into the bend and REGENT HURRICANE was tightened and dipped for a stride soon after losing some ground. |
