Judicial report: MR MUTOLA, SAINT RIDER and CAWBOURNE MOFF (JT McInerney) and SWITCH FORWARD (J&D Fahey) all successfully completed Satisfactory Trials in accordance with Rule 81.1. Trainer MMGrant was warned for a breach of Rule 68.6 after being 3 minutes late for the kennelling of his dogs PURE AND SPECIAL a starter in Race 11 and OLD MATE DAVE a starter in Race 12. Handlers R.McKenzie and J.Calvert were reminded of their obligations under Rule 71.2 when arriving late for the retrieval of their dogs for Race 11 and advised that any further offence would result in a charge being laid.

Race 2 Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C2 - 295 In the run to the turn COT CASE CUTIE ran inwards and checked the running of ANOTHER LEGIN.
Race 3 Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwis Living With Cancer Dash - C3 - 295 From the jump BIGTIME FORCE ran inwards and checked the running of DEMOGRAPHIC and JACKPOT JACKIE. On the turn DEMOGRAPHIC ran outwards and forced JACKPOT JACKIE wide.
Race 4 Hampden Tavern Stakes - C3/4 - 520 In the run to the first turn MAINLAND STAR crossed over and collided with LILETTE BALE who was forced inwards and impeded the running of GUTTER BLACK with WHAT A MATE severely checked and losing all chance.
Race 5 www.christchurchgreyhounds.co.nz Stakes - C1/2 - 520 All clear.
Race 6 Carol's T.A.B. Sprint - C5 - 295 NATALIA BALE ran outwards and checked FIREMAN'S RAFFLE. Into the home straight BUSINESS TIME and FIREMAN'S RAFFLE came together and lost momentum.
Race 7 I Pave Concrete Stakes - C1/2 - 520 SUPERIOR RANK was slow to jump. Into the back straight KIWARA TREY checked off the rear of SISSI and NINA'S GIRL ran wide.
Race 8 Flair Ladies Bracelet - C5 - 520 Into the first turn SUGAR PLUM moved outwards and checked the running of CYNTHIA BAXTER and QUETEE JEWEL.
Race 9 Murray@Re/Max Ph.3715005 Stakes - C3 - 520 All clear.
Race 10 David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C5 - 295 DA BOSS and LES BAXTER were slow to jump. From the jump WILD ST. TEDDY ran sharply inwards and checked the running of SUNSET BOMBER and CAWBOURNE LORNA. Also impeded was RON'S SECRET who was forced down on UNO HARRIET who struck the running rail and lost all chance. After the race UNO HARRIET was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 11 Anglers Arms Tavern Sprint - C3 - 295 Into the first turn SOMETIMES ALAN and CAFE CAPRI came together, with CAFE CAPRI faltering and going back through the field checking the running of HOMEBUSH LENNY. After the race CAFE CAPRI was subject to a veterinary check which revealed the dog to have a fractured left hock and she was euthanased on humane grounds.
Race 12 Speight's Sprint - C4 - 295 SIX TO MIDNIGHT was slow to jump. Into the turn SIX TO MIDNIGHT was tightened as the field came together and went backwards checking a trailing REWIND HISTORY who was forced wide on the track.
