Into the bend HOMEBUSH TAYLOR struck the heels of CLUTTERING before checking outwards and coming in contact with MARDIE who in turn was hit from behind by BELFAST CHUKKA. MARDIE and BELFAST CHUKKA came together again around the bend when racing at the rear. MARDIE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury. |

| Race 7 | Speedprint Shop Sprint - C1 - 310 | Both BRUNO and BOMBAY TRAM were slow to jump. Soon after the jump INIGO JONES moved away from the rail tightening THRILLING CYBIL. Into the bend THRILLING CYBIL was checked when tightened between INIGO JONES and BOMBAY TRAM. |
| Race 8 | Brian Bagley Driver Licensing & Training Sprint - C3 - 310 | Into the turn JACKPOT JACKIE checked outwards off the rear of CAWBOURNE CART and struck CAWBOURNE SHOT who fell heavily. CAWBOURNE SHOT regained her feet to finish a distant last and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed the dog to be unsteady and ataxic with a seven day stand down recommended. |

A trailing SHAKEY BAKE then struck HERE EYE AM and further checked MAINLAND STAR. Along the back straight an improving UNION STEAM ran through on the inside of OPAWA PADLESS who was severely checked and lost ground. |

Into the bend an improving WHY WHY DELILAH moved away from the rail to collide with UNO JEWEL who was forced wide taking COT CASE CUTIE wide as well. Soon after THAT'S BIZAAR collided with the hindquarters of WHY WHY DELILAH. |
| Race 11 | President's Dash - C5 - 310 | SPRING JETHRO was handy soon after the jump but faultered in the run to the bend drifting out quickly to finish last. A veterinary check revealed SPRING JETHRO to have damage to the left hind gluteus muscle with a 28 day stand down recommended. |
