Judicial report: Owner/Trainer AH LEE was warned for a breach of Rule 68.6 after being 4 minutes late for the kennelling of her dog FRITO BANDITO, a starter in Race 9. She was reminded of her obligations in respect of the split kennelling times due to the short gaps between races. This should be taken as a general warning for all participants involved in all raceday kennelling.

Race 1	www.racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C0 - 295	BIG DADDY ECHO, EACH AND EVERY and HOMEBUSH TAYLOR were all slow to jump. In the run to the turn HUSKER DU mover outwards and checked CALINDA who was then struck in the rear by GEORGIE LEE and went backwards with resulting checks to BEAT THE FOURCHE and HOMEBUSH TAYLOR who were forced wide on the track. After the race CALINDA was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Stakes - C0 - 520	From the jump HARD HABITS ran inwards and struck MEDIVAC and then into the turn ELOUERA BABE crossed and checked the running of HARD HABITS.
Race 3	Robbie's Bar & Bistro Sprint - C0 - 295	From the jump FULLA PRIDE ran inwards and OH EMM EYE ran outwards with resulting checks to ALL AGAINST ME and KNOW SURPRISE. Into the turn JEMMA'S ASSASSIN moved off the rail and checked OH EMM EYE with JET SPARK also receiving a check.
Race 4	David Emerson Consultancy Dash - C1 - 295	Into the turn HOMEBUSH CECIL moved outwards and checked the running of OPAWA THORN.
Race 5	Hampden Tavern Sprint - C1 - 295	Into the turn NEED A NURSE crossed from an outside draw and collided with HOMEBUSH TIME with NEED A NURSE falling heavily. As a result of the fall the trailing dogs TEMPTING OFFER, MARLENE'S GIRL and HOMEBUSH NECTOR were all checked and forced wide on the track. NEED A NURSE regained her feet to finish a distant last and was subject to a veterinary check which revealed no injury.
Race 6	Power Farming Ltd Stakes - C1 - 520	SHARKIE'S SPEED stumbled upon leaving the starting boxes and lost several lengths early. After the race LYNDOUR GEM was examined by the veterinary surgeon and found to be in season and stood down for 28 days.
Race 7	Murray@Re/Max Ph 3715005 Dash - C1 - 295	Into the turn THATS COOL checked off the rear of CRASH GYBE and ran outwards forcing WATCH THIS PAGE wide on the track.
Race 8	Angler's Arms Tavern Sprint - C1 - 295	On the turn PALOMINE struck the rear of BARKING MAD with both dogs losing ground.
Race 9	www.willywhatatstud.com Stakes - C1 - 520	KNOW SECRET was slow to jump. On the first turn SLENDER CHANCE checked off OHOKA ZOE and forced MIGHTY PROPHET wide.
Race 10	Canterbury O.T.B. Assn Dash - C1 - 295	In the run to the turn IMPERATIVE ran outwards and checked the running of AKAISHA BALE.
Race 11	Amber Cleaning Services Stakes - C1 - 520	SMOOCHA was slow to jump. In the run to the first turn WILLY MINA collided with HOMEBUSH NICK then faltered and finished a distant last. A post race veterinary examination showed WILLY MINA to have torn the right gracilus muscle with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 12	Speight's Sprint - C1 - 295	BOTANY TOM was very slow to jump. PENIE'S FROM ran in after jumping tightening HOMEBUSH WILD and MERMAN JEWEL. THRILLING RILEY checked out off the heels of PENIE'S FROM around the bend.
