Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned at Palmerston North on 20.12.10 was reconvened and Mr W.T.Hodgson was fined $ 50-00 under Rule 71.2 for being late for the preparation to race the dog HOMEBUSH JODIE in race 6.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour C0 - C0 - 305	VITA GIRL slipped its collar before the race but was quickly recaptured. The handler Malcolm was spoken to advisedly and reminded of his obligations to ensure that collars are correctly fastened. SAFFRON FLAHERTY and CLANG AND BANG collided and lost ground on the bend. MAD MEL and INTENSE ZOOM came together and bumped approaching the straight entrance and both lost ground.
Race 2	Harrison Hire Master C0 - C0 - 520	The favourite KARLA LEWINSKY was checked back to last racing to the first corner and she made contact with SLIM JIM on the final bend and they stayed well back throughout to finish in the last two places. SLIM JIM appeared to be suffering an injury and both dogs were examined by the Vet and KARLA LEWINSKY was cleared of injury but is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1 before next racing. SLIM JIM was found to have suffered from cramp but no stand down was required.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron C0 - C0 - 305	The favourite STILL NO WIVES was the slowest to begin but made up ground well to finish in 3rd place. ANITA WIN began well but was tightened between runners soon after and checked back to last. ANITA WIN did not appear to be striding out correctly after the check and finished several lengths last and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with pain a the triangle and quadricep muscles.
Race 4	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd C0 - C0 - 520	GINA MAC and SEEING EXCUSES were slow to begin losing four lengths. GINA MAC stayed back to finish in last place and was examined by the Vet as a precaution and cleared of injury. SEEING EXCUSES made up ground until held up behind LOTTO RASPBERRY on the final bend and he finished in 4th place.
Race 5	Palamountains Nutrition C1 - C1 - 305	HOMEBUSH HIFI moved out on the first corner and caused checks to itself and also THRILLING BLADE and GAZZA'S PRIDE and they finished in the last three places.
Race 6	Office Max C1 - C1 - 520	MY BAD JONNY was slow to begin but made up ground for 4th placing. RUN STEVIE RUN checked over the heels of FREE COPY on the first corner and moved out causing a check to WHAT WAYS HOME who was forced wide over extra ground and he stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 7	Gary Ross Decorator C1 - C1 - 305	TUI CAN DO ran out in the back straight and checked HOMEBUSH BERRY, BOTANY HORNET and SEDGEBROOK LEE. SEDGEBROOK LEE recovered to finish in 3rd place but the other three dogs finished in the 2nd half of the field.
Race 8	Mickeys Super Liquor C1 - C1 - 520	EXCUSABLE and STATELY BABE were a little slow to begin but recovered well to finish in 1st and 3rd places.
Race 9	Media Works C2F - C2f - 305	HOMEBUSH JAG was the slowest to begin but recovered well to finish in 2nd place. ELITE IMPACT and STATE OF PARDON bumped together for several strides on the bend but recovered to finish in 1st and 3rd places.
Race 10	Broad Roofing Services C1 - C1 - 305	MARCO'S MATE tailed the field throughout and finished several lengths last and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with wrist and gracilus muscle pain. CRYSTAL SAL galloped on the heels of PINTA GUINNESS on the bend and both dogs lost ground and finished in the rear group.
Race 11	Keenan Concrete SpecA - SPECAd - 645	SECRET CHLOE ran very wide into the straight on the first circuit and forced JODIE BALE and THRILLING ANNIE very wide over extra ground. JODIE BALE recovered to win the race while THRILLING ANNIE continued to race wide on the next bend and received a slight check when entering the back straight and after covering extra ground, she finished in last place.
Race 12	Morrie Gibbons Signs C2 - C2 - 305	LOST FRIENDS moved in on the first corner and caused checks to itself and also WANDY HAKA, THRILLING HONEY and ALAMEIN FLASH and they never recovered the lost ground and finished in the last four places.
