Judicial report: SWIP TASTIC (DE Stapleton), a starter in Race 8 weighed in 1.9kgs above his last recorded race start weight of 7 December 2010. Trainer STAPLETON advised that the weight as shown in the race book and race record card for that last start was incorrect. The matter was adjourned pending further inquiry.

Race 1	Otago First 4 Stakes - C0 - 545	PHARLEY was slow to jump. Soon after the jump THATS COOL moved outwards colliding with OZARK'S CROWN who was forced into the path of MR.MEADE who was checked. CASLEY ran outwards in the run to the first bend forcing JET SPARK wide. OZARK'S CROWN checked out off the heels of JET SPARK into the back straight.
Race 2	Brocklebanks Dry Cleaners Sprint - C0 - 310	BELFAST CHUKKA came up with the lids. Into the bend BLACK TRIGGER moved inward forcing OMAUI SAILOR to check outwards into the path of BELFAST CHUKKA.
Race 3	President's Sprint - C1 - 310	STATE DA OBVIOUS was slow to jump. BOMBAY TRAM ran out off the heels of COOL'S THE TUNE around the bend forcing OZARK'S MASK and CHASIN' CROWS wide.
Race 4	Herbert Family Stakes - C1 - 545	PEGSON FIRE was slow to jump. SPIRIT OF GRACE was checked when squeezed between HIGHGROVE and TOMMY TELEAF soon after the jump. BAKE BEAN BETTY Aran wide around the first bend.
Race 5	Herbert Family Sprint - C1 - 310	LIGHTNING FEVER was slow to jump. Into the bend DADDY'S MISTAKE checked out off UNCLE EARL'S hindquarters colliding with LADY PARKA who was turned sideways before BLACK PAN struck DADDY'S MISTAKE from behind, resulting in DADDY'S MISTAKE falling. BLACK PAN continued his outward movement colliding with LADY PARKA. All three finished the race and were subject to veterinary checks which revealed no injury.
Race 6	www.greyhoundsaspets.org.nz - C2 - 310	RIVAL KNOW ran in sharply after jumping checking both FREDDIE BAXTER and BOTANY TOM. Into the bend THAT'S BIZAAR ran in colliding with HOMEBUSH LENNY with both being turned sideways. Soon after UNDER COVER moved away from the rail colliding with HOMEBUSH LENNY who was struck from behind by FREDDIE BAXTER who then collided with THAT'S BIZAAR. HOMEBUSH LENNY was vetted and found with swelling to the left patella, with a 7 day stand down recommended.
Race 7	Happy Birthday Robyn H. Stakes - C2 - 545	Into the first bend KNOCK 'EM DOWN moved down onto SLIGHTLY AMAZING, these two coming together for a number of strides before SLIGHTLY AMAZING checked outwards colliding with CROSSFIRE MAX, these two dogs running very wide around the bend.
Race 8	A.F. Johnston Electrical Sprint - C1 - 310	Into the bend AKAISHA BALE and OKUKU BOMBERcame together both comiung bck on NOISE CONTROL and SING CILLA BLACK who both sustained checks.
Race 9	Brian Bagley Driver Licensing Stakes - C3 - 545	WHAT A MATE was slow to jump.
Race 10	Green Island Barber Sprint - C3 - 310	YALDHURST FLYER and SHEZA COOL ONE came together into the bend. Into the home straight YALDHURST FLYER ran outwards colliding with TUKURUA ZAC.
Race 11	Merry Christmas Sprint - C4 - 310	KNOW NEED was a late scratching when removed from his kennel in preparation for the race. He was lame in his left fore wrist with a 10 day stand down recommended. Into the bend TIM BAXTER moved inwards forcing WILD ST.TEDDY into the path of CAWBOURNE SHOT with these two dogs sustaining checks.
Race 12	Back Again January 11th Dash - C5 - 310	WICHITA LINEMAN was slow to jump. Into the bend BOTANY KELLY ran in colliding with SIX TO MIDNIGHT with both being checked before being struck by an improving WICHITA LINEMAN who fell colliding with the outside fence. He regained his fence to finish the race with a veterinary check revealing no injury.
