Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned into the run of BONNIE BOUCHEA at Manawatu on 29.11.10 was concluded with no further action against the dog being necessary.

Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR C0 - C0 - 305	BABY FALOU ran in from the start and caused checks to VITA GIRL, FAIR MOVIN and GLENORCHY who all lost ground with VITA GIRL the most affected and she went back to last and stayed there to the finish. FAIR MOVIN who was the favourite then checked over the heels of HOMEBUSH BERRY on the bend and lost further ground and she finished in 6th place
Race 2	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C0 Ht1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1	RHYME IN MELODY moved out on the first corner and forced LOTTO FUN and HOMEBUSH DIP wide on the first bend.
Race 3	GUTHRIE BOWRON C1 - C1 - 305	BOND ECLIPSE and DUNN ROBIN YOU were a little slow to begin and settled back in the field. The favourite DUNN ROBIN YOU was observed to be running on and finished in 4th place.
Race 4	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C0 Ht2 - C0q - 520 Heat 2	LOTTO PROFIT moved in from the start and forced GROOVY SHANE onto SMASH BANG WIN who checked over the heels of WALTZING FIREFLY and settled well back. CATCH A PENNIE and LOTTO BIFF collided entering the straight and LOTTO BIFF lost a little ground but held on for 3rd placing. CATCH A PENNIE and AERIAL BAXTER bumped together after crossing the finish line and AERIAL BAXTER fell and she was examined by the Vet and stood down for 7 days with a wrist injury.
Race 5	PALOMOUNTAIN'S NUTRITION C1F - C1f - 305	PENIE'S FROM was handy on the first corner but checked when MINI DEAN moved in slightly and she went back to last and stayed there to the finish. SEDGEBROOK ELITE and MINI DEAN collided on the home turn and MINI DEAN lost two lengths.
Race 6	OFFICEMAX C1 - C1 - 520	All clear.
Race 7	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS C1 - C1 - 305	KARAMU THUNDER moved in on the first turn and checked CAWBOURNE WAYNE who then ran wide on the bend and finished in last place. GAZZA'S PRIDE checked over the heels of SEDGEBROOK LEE on the bend losing three lengths and she finished in last place.
Race 8	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR C1 - C1 - 305	FAWN ALLEGRO and HOMEBUSH JONAH collided soon after the start and settled back in the field. One of the favourites ICE ROCK began awkwardly and settled back. He then made firm contact with the rail on the first corner and lost further ground but ran on to finish in 4th place. ICE ROCK was examined by the Vet as a precaution and FAWN ALLEGRO checked over the heels of COUGH IT UP approaching the home straight and moved out sharply forcing ROBUST BOY and HOMEBUSH JONAH wide over extra ground and they finished in the last three places.
Race 9	MEDIA WORKS C1 - C1 - 520	HOMEBUSH BONITA was checked entering the back straight and lost four lengths. KIWISAVER was checked entering the final bend and lost ground. KEITH'S VEE ATE went up to challenge the leader MUM KNOWS JACK on the bend but then moved out, marred that runner who then dropped out at finish in last place. KEITH'S VEE ATE was charged with marring under Rule 80.1 a and was stood down for 28 days and is required to trial under Rule 81
Race 10	BROAD ROOFING SERVICES C1 - C1 - 305	SINGLE SCULLER was checked and went back to last in the approach to the first turn. HOMEBUSH KALAMA moved away from the rail on the first corner and checked losing ground when avoiding the heels of ONE WILD THING. POLLY'S PRINCESS galloped on the back of THRILLING DEE on the bend and fell and SINGLE SCULLER was also checked in the incident losing several lengths. POLLY'S PRINCESS was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a hock injury.
Race 11	KEENAN CONCRETE C2 - C2 - 305	The favourite WEE PING DOLL was away well and led to the first corner but ran wide over extra ground on the bend and dropped back to 3rd and held that position until the finish. HEALING CRYSTAL and FAST STASS were handy tpo the first corner but were checked and dropped back to finish in the last two places.
