Judicial report: An inquiry was opened and adjourned pending further inquiries into the apparent absence of a catcher for HIDDEN ANGEL (BC DANN) at the conclusion of Race 7.

Race 1	Barron's Supplies Ph 3859438 Dash - C0 - 295	OHOKA SUE and LIGHTNING FEVER were slow to jump.
Race 2	Happy 60th Birthday Peter Knowles Sprint - C0 - 295	OHOKA HAPPY was very slow to jump losing approximately 6 lengths. Both KNOW SURPRISE and BARKING MAD were slow to jump. Into the bend HOMEBUSH TAYLOE moved away from the rail forcing CALINDA onto BARKING MAD, resulting in CALINDA being struck by a trailing KNOW SURPRISE. CALINDA was subject to a veterinary examination which revealed no injury.
Race 3	Thursday Place Pick Dash - C1 - 295	REAL CLEVER checked out off the heels of BLUE BULLET into the bend colliding with WHERE'S JOHN CEE, SING CILLA BLACK and HAMPDEN JACK.
Race 4	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 1	SWANNOA SNIPPER and IMPERATIVE were slow to jump. TEPIRITA CRUZE was very slow to jump. Around the first bend SWANNOA SNIPPER and NIGEL'S DRIVING came together. The winner ARCHIE'S JET created a new class record with a winning time of 30.09.
Race 5	I Pave Concrete Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 2	THATS COOL ran in sharply after the jump checking JUST TEASING and MULBERRY BLACK. Soon after HOMEBUSH DIP ran inwards tightening THATS COOL, JUST TEASING, MULBERRY BLACK and FIXER McKAY. LARCOMB LASS was slow to jump and lost further ground when running wide around the first bend. UNIQUE ROSIE who jumped from the inside box was observed to turn her head two occasions inthe run to the first bend. The trainers representative G McCORMICK was spoken to and confirmed he had observed the incidents from behind the starting boxes and declined to view the head on race coverage. Stewards deemed UNIQUE ROSIE to be in breach of Rule 80.1.b and she was stood down for a period of 28 days and ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial.
Race 6	Murray@Re/Max Ph 3715005 Sprint Final - C0f - 295	HOMEBUSH DIGBY and MARLENE'S GIRL came together soon after the jump and again in the run to the bend. Into the bend OPAWA THORN was tightened by THRILLING STRIKE checking off heels as a result to collide with MARLENE'S GIRL. These two collided again on entering the home straight.
Race 7	Clarkson Sign Studio Stakes - C1 - 520	Both SLIGHTLY AMAZING and HIDDEN ANGEL were slow to jump. Soon after the jump KNOW TEARS was tightened by FULL ON BOWIE losing ground. Into the first bend SUPERIOR RANK ran outwards colliding with FULL ON BOWIE and FERAL DUCHESS before moving out further around the bend to come in contact with HIDDEN ANGEL. TOKEN RAGE hit the running rail entering the back straight. A veterinary check revealed nothing amiss.
Race 8	Garrard's Horse & Hound Sprint - C1 - 295	MEASLES was slow to jump. UNO IMOGENE ran into the hindquarters of PENIE'S FROM around the bend being held up for a stride or two.
Race 9	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1 - 520	OHOKA BELLA was slow to jump. In the run to the first bend DON THE HOP and SLENDER CHANCE came together.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Dash - C1 - 295	SOMETIMES ALAN and GOTCHA LIFE came together for a stride or two whn vying for the lead around the bend. KNOW LIFE ran wide into the home straight.
Race 11	Power Farming Ltd Stakes - C1 - 520	CROSSFIRE MAX and WITCHALICIOUS were slow to jump. MY BLIND SIDE ran outwards after the jump colliding with SERAPHINE JEWEL. MY BLIND SIDE was checked when crossed by LOVELY HAND across the top bend.
Race 12	Speight's Dash - C1 - 295	PROTEST LINE was tightened into the bend coming back on THRILLING RILEY and BOO ROO. THRILLING RILEY was subject to a veterinary check which revealed a laceration to the top of his left fore foot which required sutures. A 10 day stand down was recommended.
