Judicial report: Trainer DD Schofield was fined $50.00 under the Minor Infringements Table for a breach of Rule 68.9 in that all of the runners were presented without papers.

Race 1	Welcome To Manukau Sprint - C4 - 318	Favourite PRIVATE PEDRO was last to jump but railed up nicely on the bend and just got up to win. VALIDICTION dropped out from the first bend finishing last with a post race veterinary check revealing left quadraceps pain and neck pain with a fourteen day stand down recommended.
Race 2	Reel-Fishin.com Stakes - C2/3 - 527	All clear.
Race 3	www.agrc.co.nz Sprint - C0 - 318	URUTI STORM and MSHINDI were both slow from the inside and then came together for a stride in the run down the back straight with GAZZA'S PRIDE checking outwards off this pair. JETSUN JULES ducked inwards at the jump hampering GAZZA'S PRIDE for a stride. RED RULES was tightened and dragged down into the bend dropping back through the field with a post race veterinary check being ordered. However the dog was not produced for this check with this matter to be followed up next week. UTAR JET lost ground when tightened between runners soon after this.
Race 4	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C1 - 527	BIGTIME COWELL was tightened into the first bend as an improving HAVE A YAP went through on his inside with BIGTIME COWELL colliding with HOTWAX on his outside. These two dogs lost all chance at this point. EXPENDITURE ran wide in the back straight and when moving back towards the rail came together with RUN FOR US and fell. HAVE A YAP received a slight check at this stage. A post race veterinary check of EXPENDITURE revealed no injury.
Race 5	McGhie Plumbing Sprint - C1 - 318	DUNN ROBIN YOU was very slow to jump making ground late for fourth. Into the bend VALUE PACK was dragged down for a stride losing momentum but recovered quickly to retain second.
Race 6	Trophies Plus Sprint - C1 - 318	PROVERBIAL was checked by the veterinary surgeon at the boxes after it was reported that blood was seen on her foot. The dog was passed fit to race. ONE WILD THING was slow to jump.
Race 7	$15,000 Pick 6 Sprint - C2/3 - 318	ROLLED OATS was last to jump but ran on well along the rail for third. BAD STATE raced in tight quarters in the back straight and lost ground. Wider out DREAM A WIN ran inwards tightening WILD FLYNN into the bend.
Race 8	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C1 - 527	DECADENT was last to jump. Into the first bend GENIUS AT WORK checked outwards and contacted DECADENT who was improving around the outside. On the home turn CUTIE TWO and DECADENT came together for a stride. Following the race CUTIE TWO was found to have split webbing requiring sutures with a twenty one day stand down recommended.
Race 9	Carol's TABS Sprint - C1 - 318	PURE DESIRE and ELLABILLE ANGEL were both tightened and lost ground as UNIQUE POWER crossed in front of them into the bend. AWESOME VOYAGE copped some backwash in this incident and dropped to the rear.
Race 10	Magness Benrow Stakes - C4/5 - 527	ATOMIC CLAIM was badly tightened into the first bend and dropped out to last. Soon after this WIZARD APPEAL ran outwards after FANCY STEP had crossed in front of him checking kennelmate THRILLING SHOT who in turn checked EMBLAZING on his outside. A post race veterinary check of ATOMIC CLAIM revealed right quadraceps pain with a fourteen day stand down recommended. Following the race STARSHINE GIRL was found to have dislocated toes with a sixty day stand down recommended.
Race 11	Auckland Co-op Taxis Sprint - C5 - 318	LOW SELF ESTEEM dropped to the rear soon after the jump as BRIGHT CONQUEST ran inwards and LADY HEATHER was forced outwards by SCOTT NO FUNDING. BRIGHT CONQUEST continued its inward course and checked SCOTT NO FUNDING into the bend.
Race 12	Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C3 - 318	THRILLING WAG ran outwards slightly in the run home placing WHAT'S SHE PAYNE in tight quarters for a few strides.
