| Race 2 | Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 318 | TRIPLEM HAND lost ground when ELLY'S GIRL crossed him in the early stages dropping to the rear. TRIPLEM HAND made good ground for third. |
| Race 3 | Meadowset Graphics Stakes - C0 - 527 | QUICK KNOCK ran wide into the first bend and was badly checked as THRILLING APRIL crossed in front of him. UNIQUE POWER and BRONZE FOR MACOS were also badly checked in behind these runners and lost their chances. |
| Race 4 | Magness Benrow Sprint - C2 - 318 | WRAITH was last to jump. KARATA ROAD was buffeted between runners in the back straight and then received another check as WILLEE WINDSOR ran wide into the bend. KARATA ROAD dropped out to finish last with a post race veterinary check revealing a broken hock with the dog being euthanised. SAMBO WARRIOR checked sharply off KARATA ROAD into the bend losing ground and then received another check off WRAITH soon after running wide and pushing THRILLING SNOW even wider with these two dogs losing their chances. A post race veterinary check of SAMBO WARRIOR revealed a laceration to a hind foot with a fourteen day stand down recommended. |

| Race 6 | Carol's TABS Sprint - C4 - 318 | MY JACK ATTACK received a check when racing on the outside of WINSOME DELTA into the bend and lost a length. PRIVATE PEDRO was tightened for a stride inrto the bend. |
| Race 7 | Reel-Fishin.com Sprint - C1 - 318 | THRILLING HONEY and FANCY KATE came together for a stride soon after the jump. THRILLING HONEY was noticed to be limping straight after the race with a post race veterinary check revealing left wrist pain with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 8 | Auckland Co-op Taxis Series Final - C5f - 318 | General tightening into the bend caused CAPTAIN CARLOS to be badly checked with TRUE INTENTIONS toppling over the top of him and falling. QUIET JOURNEY was severely checked in behind these runners and lost his chance. ONIE'S LAD also received some interference at this stage. A post race veterinary check of TRUE INTENTIONS revealed multiple grazes with a five day stand down recommended. QUIET JOURNEY was found to have filling in the right hock with a ten day stand down recommended. |
