Judicial report: J.T.McInerney kennel representative S.Nissen was spoken to and informed that the Stewards expected the kennel to be more thorough when inspecting dogs prior to scratching time when they are engaged for meetings after HOMEBUSH KALAMA was a late scratching with a split webbing which required a 21 day stand down. The examining Vet was of the opinion that the wound was some days old and quite a serious injury.

Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR C1 - C1 - 305	The well supported CRYSTAL SAL was awkwardly placed between runners from soon after the start and then had to check off heels on the first corner and she never recovered and finished last.
Race 2	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES C1/2 - C1/2 - 520	BIGTIME LUCKY ran out from the start and checked NATHAN OPAWA and HOMEBUSH WARRIOR who dropped back to the rear. BIGTIME LUCKY continued out onto HOMEBUSH WARRIOR around the first bend and both dogs lost several lengths and finished in the rear group.
Race 3	GUTHRIE BOWRON C2 - C2 - 305	MOLLY DARLING ran out in the run to the first corner and this resulted in checks to ROTKARA MOMENTS, THRILLING JOSH and ASH VEGAS who lost ground and they finished in the last three places with MOLLY DARLING just ahead in 5th place.
Race 4	MEDIA WORKS C1 - C1 - 305	HE'S A STUNNER and FANCY EEL were slow to begin losing three lengths and they stayed well back . WINSOME KELLY galloped on the heels of BRUTUS FINALE on the bend and lost several lengths and finished last. BRUTUS FINALE also lost ground in the incident but recovered to finish in 3rd place.
Race 5	VITA POWER C2 - C2 - 520	All clear.
Race 6	OFFICEMAX C3 - C3 - 305	WANDY WANNABE and HORSE POWER both began awkwardly and lost ground but recovered to finish in 3rd and 4th places. TRICKY PAULA moved out on the bend and hindered HEAR NO EVIL and AWESOME VINTAGE and all three dogs lost ground and finished in the last three places.
Race 7	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C3 - C3 - 305	BERELLA CHELSEA was slow to begin losing three lengths but she ran on well to finish in 3rd place. When moving through inside MAJOR HIT on the first corner BERELLA CHELSEA checked that runner who lost a couple of lengths
Race 8	KEENAN CONCRETE C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	The favourite OLYMPIC ACE and GOSS SAGE were both checked back to the rear on the first corner when RUMOUR TISM moved out away from the rail and they stayed at the rear throughout the remainder of the race.
Race 9	BILDERBECK CONSTRUCTION C5 - C5 - 305	BOMBER MAN moved in on the first corner and caused checks to ELITE LUKE and MYSTERY KIM who both lost ground. ELITE LUKE made contact with the rail in the incident and he was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury.
Race 10	MICKEY'S SUPER LIQUOR C3 - C3 - 520	TAILS OFF was checked on the first corner and moved out causing checks to THRILLING LEWIS and NIP TUCK and all three lost ground and they stayed back to finish in the last three places. LAGOON BEACH BOY suffered from lacerations to a stifle at the lure and was stood down for 10 days.
Race 11	BROAD ROOFING SERVICES C5 - C5 - 305	CAWBOURNE WHIZ galloped on the back of REGAL OUTLAW on the first corner and both dogs fell and were examined by the Vet and both were stood down for 5 days with bruising and grazing. GO ZILLA and UPAHUT STAR were severely checked in the incident losing several lengths and all chance.
Race 12	HARRISON HIRE MASTER C4 - SPECAf - 305	CATCH A PUNTA, ANOTHER NICK and CRYSTAL KATIE were all checked on the first corner and dropped back onto ROYAL MINTY with all four dogs losing several lengths and all chance.
