| Race 1 | Barron's Supplies Ph.3859438 Sprint - C2 - 520 | CAWBOURNE STARS ran in after jumping checking DEVOTCHKA. Soon after MAINLAND STAR ran inwards tightening BRASSED OFF, FANCY DIVER and FIRESIDE BLAZE. Into the bend FIRESIDE BLAZE moved outwards tightening FANCY DIVER. |
| Race 2 | Bill's Bar & Bistro Dash - C2 - 295 | YALDHURST FLYER, NEED A NURSE, SILENT WHISPER and WATCH THIS PAGE were slow to jump. Into the bend KNOW HELP and ICE BALL tightened dogs on their inner resulting in CAWBOURNE RYE being forced into the path of an improving NEED A NURSE which both being checked. SILENT WHISPER who was angling down towards the rail glanced off the hindquarters of CAWBOURNE RYE striking the running rail heavily. He finished with a veterinary check revealing a severe left shoulder injury and deep laceration resulting in euthanasia on humane grounds. |

| Race 4 | Challenge Service Stations NZ Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 1 | UNION STEAM was slow to jump. Into the first bend KNOW SPIRIT eased between dogs before coming back on ZITA GRACE, SHAKEY BAKE and OPAWA PADLESS who all lost momentum. An improving UNION STEAM collided with KNOW SPIRIT both dogs falling. They regained their feet to finish the race. Both were subject to veterinary checks which revealed no injury to UNION STEAM however KNOW SPIRIT was found to have a split right hind web with a 14 day stand down recommended. Stewards deemed the performance of KNOW SPIRIT to be unsatisfactory and ordered her to complete a Satisfactory Trial. |
| Race 5 | Challenge Service Stations NZ Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 2 | CHARLIE STUBBS scrambled from the inside box losing four lengths. OPAWA PATTY was hit at the lure by KNOW TRUTH resulting in both dogs falling. Veterinary checks revealed nothing amiss with either dog. |
| Race 6 | Challenge Service Stations NZ Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 3 | MIXED GRILL, WATMOUGH and SIXTY TWENTY came together soon after the jump. Into the first bend MIXED GRILL checked out off the hindquarters of CHILE TART, colliding with WATMOUGH on his outer, with both losing ground. MIXED GRILL was subject to a veterinary check which revealed sore to the left hip with a 7 day stand down recommended. |

| Race 8 | Challenge Service Stations NZ Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 5 | NATIONAL CLASS was slow to jump. CAWBOURNE JAKE was tightened by WODSTON BOBO into the first bend. Into the back straight FANCY STEP and RED VENOM came together with RED VENOM being forced out onto BOTANY BARB. |
| Race 9 | Challenge Service Stations NZ Cup - C5q - 520 Heat 6 | EMBLAZING and SPEED TICKET came together soon after the jump. EMBLAZING ran wide around the bend and into the back straight. |
| Race 10 | Celtic Arms Sprint - C2 - 295 | DEMOGRAPHIC was slow to jump. When improving into the bend DEMOGRAPHIC moved out tightening KNOW SOON before running wide around the bend taking CAWBOURNE JADE wide with him. |
| Race 11 | Galaxy Heats Tomorrow Stakes - C2/3 - 520 | EL KILDA and WHY WHY DELILAH came together in the run to the first bend. WAVE YA HAND and WHAT A MATE came together soon after with WHAT A MATE losing momentum. |
