Judicial report: THRILLING GRIZ was a 2nd reserve in race 5 and when contacted by the Secretary to be advised that the dog had made the field, co Trainer J.Udy advised that the dog was not travelling to the meeting and he stated that he had been confused by comment that there had been a change to the 100 kilometre rule. THRILLING GRIZ was then late scratched and the Trainers J Udy / D Cottam were fined $ 100-00 under Rule 64.5.

Race 1	AWAPUNI STAKES C0 - C0 - 457	CLANG AND BANG went up with the box lids losing several lengths and he tailed the field throughout to finish in last place.
Race 2	PETER SINCLAIR PHOTOS C0 - C0 - 375	GROOVY SHANE was a late scratching just prior to start time when the dog was found to have a swollen hock and he was examined by the Vet and stood down for 5 days. The race was all clear.
Race 3	GEON WELLINGTON C1 - C1 - 375	JACKSON CAT went up with the box lids losing several lengths but he did recover to make up ground for 3rd place. HEALING CRYSTAL was mid field on the first corner but was checked back to the rear and never recovered.
Race 4	FOXTON STAKES C1 - C1 - 457	TRAVEL THYME jumped in the air as the box lids opened and he lost three lengths but recovered to run on well for 2nd place. FLOATING AWAY ran out in the run to the first corner and caused checks to REAL CLEVER , FOGGY STORM and SECRET CHLOE who all lost ground. CATCH A GLIMPSE moved in on the first corner and collided with TIZA FEVER and fell. TIZA FEVER was also checked in the incident losing several lengths and all chance. CATCH A GLIMPSE was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a pectoral muscle injury.
Race 5	CLOVERLEA DASH C2 - C2 - 375	MACEDONIAN KING was handy going into the bend but was checked on the bend and went back to near the rear and stayed there to the finish.
Race 6	HOKOWHITU STAKES C2 - C2 - 457	All clear.
Race 7	WOODVILLE DASH C3 - C3 - 375	BEARLY NORMAL began very awkwardly losing ground and she then had to check over the heels of HORSE POWER on the first corner and with the two incidents, she lost all chance of a dividend placing. BOTANY ADAM was checked back to last on the first corner and he never recovered and finished in last place.
Race 8	RIVERDALE STAKES C5 - C5 - 457	All clear.
Race 9	Group 1 Nancy Cobain Memorial Final - C2df - 766	SUDDEN SAM ran in on three ocassions in the run to the first corner and caused jostling to RASMAH and MADDER THAN and all three dogs lost ground and any chance of finishing in the first three places.
Race 10	WWW.RACINGDOGS.CO.NZ C5 - C5 - 375	BIGTIME SURVIVOR ran in from the start and checked FLASH ENFORCER who settled at the rear. Soon after, DARK SAGE moved in and caused checks to BILLY WHIZ and BIGTIME SURVIVOR and they also lost ground. BIGTIME SURVIVOR was again checked on the first corner losing three lengths and he then raced wide on the bend and into the straight and finished in 6th place.
Race 11	MARTON DASH C4 - C4 - 375	ROUGH ENFORCER jumped on terms with the other runners but was checked soon after losing three lengths and he stayed well back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 12	LABOUR DAY STAKES C3/4 - C3/4 - 457	MELANDRI and TAILS OFF were both checked losing several lengths on the first corner and they never recovered and finished at the rear.
