| Race 2 | Deli's Sports Bar Stakes - C0 - 527 | SOHO PRINCE and REMEMBER SHARKIE were the slowest to jump and then came together on the first bend when well back. QUICK KNOCK checked outwards off PEPPER LICIOUS on the home turn and ran very wide while shortly after THIRD MAN ran outwards and cannoned into PEPPER LICIOUS for a stride. |
| Race 3 | Ashford Boarding Kennels and Cattery - C0 - 318 | WALTON GRACE, BRONZE FOR MACOS and LAUGHING BUDDHA were all slow to jump. On the home turn LAUGHING BUDDHA checked outwards off SO DEEP and collided with BRONZE FOR MACOS with LAUGHING BUDDHA being severely checked and dropping out. A post race veterinary check of LAUGHING BUDDHA revealed no injury. |
| Race 4 | Protector Safety Sprint - C1 - 318 | JELLYSTONE PARK was last to jump. GLOW BELLE DOLL and THRILLING MISS came together into the bend with CORPORAL JONES being held up in behind them for a few strides and ran outwards causing THRILLING DOLL to be checked and lose ground. |
| Race 5 | Auckland Co-op Taxis Sprint - C4/5 - 318 | FORTIS JOURNEY was a clear last on jumping. PUNK SCOOTER and ONIE'S LAD were both tightened in the early stages dropping to the rear. The winner HIFI ALLEGRO broke a New Zealand record for wins with this effort today. |

| Race 7 | $15,000 Pick 6 - C4 - 318 | Favourite MY JACK ATTACK was slow from the inside but finished well for his third. KAMACO and BOTANY ADAM jostled for some strides in the back straight and lost ground with GOLD FOR THYS being held up in behind them. MY JACK ATTACK was found to have a bleeding wart following the race with a five day stand down recommended. |
