| Race 2 | Challenge Opawa All Up Stakes - C0 - 520 | SWANNOA SNIPPER was slow to jump. SERAPHINE JEWEL ran in sharply after the jump to collide with EMIE ROSE and JUST TEASING. Into the first bend SWANNOA SNIPPER moved outwards to collide with JUST TEASING. Into the back straight SWANNOA SNIPPER checked out off the hindquarters of EMIE ROSE before drifting out across the top to finish a long last. A veterinary check revealed left wrist pain with a 14 day stand down recommended. |

In the run to the bend SKIPPING RHYMES and UNO IMOGENE came together with UNO IMOGENE falling heavily and striking the rail when regaining her feet. A veterinary check revealed a laceration to her left shoulder with a 21 day stand down recommended. |
| Race 14 | Canteen-Supporting Young Kiwis Living With Cancer Sprint - C2 - 295 | DROOPY'S STORM and ACHEW ACHEW werw slow to jump. Into the bend ICE ICE AMY was checked when tightened coming back on ACHEW ACHEW who checked sharply outwards before being struck by DROOPY'S STORM. Both ACHEW ACHEW and DROOPY'S STORM ran off the lip of the track tailing the field home. Both were vetted and found free of injury. |
