| Race 2 | WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES HT CO HT1 - C0q - 520 Heat 1 | BUZZ OVER ran in from the start and bumped IMAGE on two occasions and he then moved out on the first corner and pushed FAST PAUSE and BRONZE FOR MACOS wide into the bend over extra ground. |
| Race 3 | GUTHRIE BOWRON CO - C0 - 305 | AUSTIN WILD and UTAR JET jostled together early in the race and UTAR JET dropped back to last but made up some ground to finish in 5th place. MISS YOU HONEY galloped on the back of HOMEBUSH LITTLE on the bend and dragged that runner down. HOMEBUSH LITTLE suffered from general bruising in the fall and was stood down for 7 days. MISS YOU HONEY lost several lengths and all chance in the incident and finished well back. |

| Race 7 | HARRISON HIREMASTER C1 - C1 - 520 | ASK PLEASE was slow to begin losing several lengths but she did make up some ground to finish in 4th place. BOTANY GARETH checked over the heels of KEITHY GEE on the first bend and lost ground. |
| Race 8 | MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR C1 - C1 - 520 | WHO'S YA DUFFER was very slow to begin and lost four lengths. UPAHUT CITY, WHAT WAYS HOME and MANLY MAGIC jostled together on the first corner and all three lost a little ground. |
| Race 9 | BILDERBECK CONSTRUCTION C1 - C1 - 305 | HEALING CRYSTAL ran in soon after the start and checked SINGLE SCULLER who went back to last. STATE OF PARDON moved across towards the rail on the first corner and checked TWENTY SIXTY who lost a couple of lengths but he did recover to finish in 4th place. |

| Race 11 | GARY ROSS DECORATOR C0/1D - C1d - 645 | GONE ZILLA, THRILLING SIREN and LAGOON BEACH BOY came together and bumped on the first corner and all three lost ground with GONE ZILLA being the most affected but he did recover to make up ground and finish in 5th place. |
| Race 12 | BROAD ROOFING SERVICES C1 - C1 - 305 | CAWBOURNE BEAR and LACHLAN VALLEY disputed the lead to the first corner but they collided and checked, dropped back onto BRUTUS FINALE and all three lost their chance of a first three placing. |
