GROUP ONE BEST ran out into the bend checking OZARK'S CROWN and CEE CEE ARE who was checked again approaching the home straight by GROUP ONE BEST. Stewards deemed the performance of GROUP ONE BEST to be unsatisfactory and she was ordered to undertake a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with Rule 81.1. |

Soon after ELITE BAXTER crossed THRILLING COLA who lost ground to finish last. Both THRILLING COLA and WINSOME FLYER were the subject of veterinary checks which revealed THRILLING COLA to have discomfort to the right hip with a 7 day stand down recommended. WINSOME FLYER was found with mild left hind hock pain with a 10 day stand down recommended. |

Into the bend THRILLING CYBIL moved away from the rail tightening CAWBOURNE STARS, CAWBOURNE WOODY and GOZO DANCER who all lost ground. An improving HIDDEN ANGEL ran into the dogs losing ground. |
