Judicial report: Inquiries were opened and adjourned into confrontations between several staff members of the J.T. McInerney and L. Ahern kennels and allegations of misconduct which occurred just prior to and immediately following race 10.

Race 1	ALLIED WORK FORCE 0800 LABOUR C1 - C1 - 305	TRIPLE POUNDA led in the run to the first corner but was then galloped on by DAPPER who dropped back onto KOP ROAR and they both lost several lengths and all chance and they finished at the rear.
Race 2	GUTHRIE BOWRON C1 - C1 - 520	One of the favourites ELLA'S ANGEL was away well and led to the first corner but was soon after tightened between BOTANY MATTHEW and HOMEBUSH WARRIOR losing five lengths and she finished in 6th place. ZERO RANGER checked going to the first corner, again on the bend and for the 3rd time as they entered the final bend and he finished in last place. ZERO RANGER was examined by the Vet and found to be suffering from pain in a ligament over the tail area and stood down for 14 days.
Race 3	WANGANUI FARM SUPPLIES C1 - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 4	CROMBIE LOCKWOOD (NZ) LTD C 1/2 - C1/2 - 305	FANCY EEL was checked on the first corner and fell and he was examined by the Vet and cleared of injury apart from some superficial grazing to a thigh.
Race 5	VITA POWER C2/3 - C2/3 - 520	All clear.
Race 6	OFFICEMAX C2 - C2 - 305	BIGTIME LUCKY jumped on terms with the other runners but then scrambled for a couple of strides losing four lengths and she tailed the field throughout to finish in last place.
Race 7	BILDERBECK CONSTRUCTION C3 - C3 - 305	CHINESE GIRL and CAWBOURNE STEFFI were checked on the bend and lost several lengths and they stayed back to finish at the rear.
Race 8	BROAD ROOFING SERVICES C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	LOONEY LEE was racing in midfield on the first corner but was checked and went back onto AS FAST AS with both dogs losing several lengths and all chance of a placing.
Race 9	MORRIE GIBBONS SIGNS C5 - C5 - 305	ART DECO was slow to begin losing three lengths but he then secured a nice clear run through and finished in 3rd place.
Race 10	KEENAN CONCRETE C4/5 - C4/5 - 520	OKAY'S DERMATOFF and TAILS OFF collided on the first corner and both lost ground and they tailed the field from there to the finish. TAILS OFF suffered from deep spikes wounds to a hind foot and was stood down for 10 days.
Race 11	MICKEYS SUPER LIQUOR C5 - C5 - 305	CRYSTAL KATIE ran in from the start and jostled with ELITE LUKE and GENISTA DREAMA for several strides and they settled at the rear. HOMEBUSH CHARLI was checked on the bend losing several lengths and he finished in last place. GENISTA DREAMA suffered from a cut to a carpus and was stood down for 10 days.
Race 12	WWW.WANGANUICARCENTRE.COM C3/4 - C3/4 - 305	MR SIMPLY moved in soon after the start and crowded KILKENNY and MISSY OCTANE for several strides until eventually MISSY OCTANE was checked losing several lengths and she never recovered and finished in last place. MR SIMPLY suffered from a spike wound during the race and was stood down for 5 days.
