Health and Safety comment:

Judicial report: Licensed Handler Kathy Wilson was given a final warning for being late for kennelling, M/s Wilson stated that there had been an accident on the New Market viaduct which had held her up. Stewards are carrying out an investigation into the late scratching of Whistling Minx in race number one.

Race 1	Welcome To Cambridge Raceway Sprint - C0 - 375	ALLBLACK ENFORCER contacted the hindquaters of BINGO STAR for a stride after the start both of these runners were checked for a stride.
Race 2	Tauwhare Dash - C1 - 375	Stewards requested a two minute delay to this race so track staff could carry out repairs to a washout in front of the boxes. BEATRIX KIDDO , LAGOON FIFI and TODD were the slowest to begin. Into the first bend TODD ran inwards and contacted JAYDEN'S COURAGE this runner being checked and dropped to the rear of the field .
Race 3	Matangi Maiden - C0 - 457	DECADENT was the slowest to begin.
Race 4	Interislander Dash - C2 - 375	WINSOME BOND, THRILLING GRIZZ and FRAGMENTS were the slowest to begin. Into the first bend FRAGMENTS was observed to catch the heels of THRILLING LEE checking itself and THRILLING LEE . Following this check FRAGMENTS then contacted CORNWALL ROAD for a stride.
Race 5	Tamahere Stakes - C1 - 457	WINSOME JOLIE, WINSOME BUSTER , AWESOME VOYAGE and GIRL CHARM were the slowest to begin. After the start AWESOME VOYAGE ran inwards contacting WINSOME BUSTER for a stride with both of these runners being checked in this incident, Into the first bend WINSOME JOLIE and AWESOME VOYAGE came together and were both checked in this incident, around the home bend these two runners came together again .
Race 6	Protector Safety Stakes - C3 - 457	VINTAGE RED and COLD FINGERS were the slowest to begin. Into the first bend FANCY GIRL checked off the heels of THRILLING CAIRO after this check FANCY GIRL then dropped back. Following this incident VINTAGE RED contacted the hindquaters of FANCY GIRL causing this runner to be checked once more . A post race vet check of FANCY GIRL was requested which revealed no abnormalities.
Race 7	Superior Chunky Dog Rolls Sprint - C5 - 375	ATOMIC CLAIM and DISCO JORDY were the slowest to begin. After the start NATIONAL DEBT ran inwards and contacted BLACK MOON with both of these runners being checked for a stride. After this check NATIONAL DEBT dropped back then ran out and contacted first ATOMIC CLAIM and then DISCO JORDY, NATIONAL DEBT was severly checked in this incident and a post race vet check was called for which revealed no abnormalities .
Race 8	Leamington Distance - C2d - 650	STICKY BOY was observed to be down on it's haunches when the field was dispatched and could not clear the boxes with the field, this runner lost a conservative 6 length's at the start of this race. MELANDRI and MADDER THAN were observed to come together for a stride after the start. Into the first bend it was observed that EMBLAZING was badly checked when CALM RIP was attempting to come off the rail this runner contacting EMBLAZING. CALM RIP following this incident was observed to get off the rail.
Race 9	Hautapu Veterinary Clinic Sprint - C3 - 375	CONTAGEN and CAWBOURNE MADGE wee the slowest to begin. No race incidents.
Race 10	Clubhouse Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 375	THRILLING GRIN and BLAKE'S ANGEL were the slowest to begin. No race incidents.
Race 11	YGOT Bonus Scheme Stakes - C4 - 457	PRINCESS SHILOH was the slowest to begin. In the run to the first bend DAME DIMANTE ran out and contacted TATTY BOGLE with these two runners jostling for several strides. DAME DIMANTE was then observed to check off the heels of TATTY BOGLE
Race 12	0800 4 Down Cow Stakes - C5 - 457	GONE ZILLA and MINT OCTANE were the slowest to begin. WINSOME JAMES ran inwards after the start and contacted GONE ZILLA with these two runners jostling for positions for several strides. WINSOME JAMES was then observed to contact the heels of HOMEBUSH CHARLI and check back.
