Scales: Correct at all weights.
Health and Safety comment: The club secretary was asked to remind handlers at the lure pull up area to remain off the track until dogs had reached the lure to ensure handlers were not inadvertently struck by dogs finishing towards the rear of a field. Where possible a steward to stay with handlers and ensure nobody went on the track before it was clear. The situation had arisen where dogs well back in the field had finished strongly and hit the lure at speed when handlers were retrieving dogs.

Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Sprint - C0 - 295	OHOKA DILLON and FOREIGN GOING were both slow to jump and never recovered to finish at the rear of the field. On the turn CALINDA ran outwards and checked the running of BANNED NO LONGER.
Race 3	Happy Birthday John McInerney Sprint - C1 - 295	In the run to the turn MAINLAND STAR and CHASIN' CROWS ran inwards and forced KNOW WONDER into the path of COLD SENSATION who was twisted sideways and lost ground. Into the turn COLD SENSATION was again checked as MAINLAND STAR crossed to the rail and lost all chance to finish at the rear.
Race 4	www.aaroncoullhearttransplant.co.nz Dash - C0 - 295	BELFAST CHUKKA was slow to jump then into the turn collided with POOR MARIA with both dogs losing all chances to finish at the rear.
Race 5	Coaster's Tavern Stakes - C0 - 520	From the jump OH EMM EYE ran outwards and checked JACK'S SHIRAZ who received a further check on the turn as MULBERRY BLACK moved out and never recovered to finish at the rear.
Race 6	CanTeen-supporting young Kiwis living with cancer Sprint - C1 - 295	All clear.
Race 7	www.racingdogs.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520	All clear.
Race 8	Yaldhurst Hotel Dash - C1 - 295	Into the turn as the field tightened WEE RAZZ clipped the rear of THRILLING RILEY and stumbled losing ground to finish at the rear. WEE RAZZ was subject to a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss.
Race 9	Shirley Veterinary Centre Sprint - C2 - 295	All clear.
Race 10	Kolorful Kanvas Stakes - C1 - 520	Into the back straight BLACK SHELLEEN was checked by ALLEGRINI who then moved outwards and forced TIGER BALM into the path of HERE EYE AM who was checked and lost ground.
Race 11	Clarkson Sign Studio Dash - C1 - 295	On the turn CAWBOURNE TINA checked off the rear of HOMEBUSH ACE and forced DUKE OF FERN wide.
Race 12	Speights Dash - C2 - 295	From the jump SOULJAH BOY ran sharply inwards and forced BOTANY STORY into the path of OLD MATE DAVE with these three dogs all losing ground to finish at the rear.
