Judicial report: The inquiry which was opened and adjourned at the Palmerston North meeting on 16.08.10 was reconvened and Ms Stacey Nissen admitted a breach of Rules 71.1 c and 88.1 o but with some mitigating circumstances and a fine of $ 50-00 was imposed.
SNOW TRAIL and LAGOON BEACH BOY both completed satisfactory trials under Rule 81.1. SNOW TRAIL still has a period of stand down to complete before being eligible to race again.

Race 1	Allied Work Force 0800 Labour - C0q - 305 Heat 1	BRONZE FOR MACOS and MOANA BLUE were slow to begin and settled at the rear and stayed there throughout the race. JACK'S SHIRAZ was checked on the first corner when CASUAL TEA moved in and he lost four lengths and all chance of a dividend placing.
Race 2	Wanganui Farm Supplies - C0 - 520	JUST TOM was checked and went out and back to last on the first corner and he finished in 2nd last place.
Race 3	Guthrie Bowron, Wanganui - C0q - 305 Heat 2	POOR MARIA was slow to begin and then ran a little wide on the bend but made up some ground to finish in 6th place.
Race 4	Media Works Final - C0f - 520	THRILLING APRIL, CATCH A PENNIE and PURE DREAMER were all slow to begin and settled at the rear. PURE DREAMER recovered best of all to finish well and win while the other two finished in the rear group.
Race 5	Harrison Hire Master - C0q - 305 Heat 3	JANDI was slow to begin and she stayed back to finish in last place.
Race 6	Morrie Gibbons Signs - C0q - 305 Heat 4	All clear.
Race 7	Bilderbeck Construction - C1 - 520	THRILLING BUSTA, CAWBOURNE SNOWY and HOMEBUSH BONITA came together and jostled for a few strides on the first corner and lost ground.
Race 8	OfficeMax - C1 - 305	All clear.
Race 9	Broad Roofing Services - C1 - 520	HIDDEN ANGEL was slow to begin and settled in last place and stayed back throughout. ELLA'S ANGEL ran in running to the first corner and caused checks to WANDY KYLE, BOTANY MATTHEW, KIWARA TREY and MANLY MAGIC who all lost ground.
Race 10	Keenan Concrete, Wanganui - C1 - 520	ASK PLEASE was slow to begin but finished well for 3rd placing. MUSTARD KEEN was checked entering the back straight and again on the final bend and she finished in last place.
Race 11	Crombie Lockwood (NZ) Ltd - C1 - 305	HAYLEY'S WISH was slow to begin losing four lengths and stayed back to finish in last place. CAWBOURNE STEFFI, THRILLING BASIL and YA GUNNA were checked and lost ground on the first corner.
Race 12	www.wanganuicarcentre.com - C1 - 305	CATCH A DREAM was very slow to begin losing five lengths. The favourite CAULDRON was also a little slow to begin and then had to check to avoid the heels of CAWBOURNE MADZ and lost ground on the first corner. CAULDRON then moved out on the home turn and collided with RUSTY ENFORCER and they both lost ground and finished at the rear.
