| Race 1 | Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C1 - 318 | PURE DESIRE and CENTRAL CYRUS were both tightened as TODD crossed them prior to the bend. Soon after UTAR NANA checked outwards off THRILLING SNOW with resultant interference to ALL IN ONE and MISS TYRA who lost ground and their chances. |
| Race 2 | Thornton Auctions Stakes - C0 - 527 | DECADENT checked outwards off WINSOME FLASH into the first bend and lost a length. On the home bend JUBILEE LINE checked outwards off EXPENDITURE and pushed an improving ROYAL AKER even wider. ROYAL AKER finished well for his second placing. |
| Race 3 | Jack's Wholesale Sprint - C1 - 318 | SALLY GALLY and AWESOME VOYAGE were slow to jump. Into the bend PUNK SHOT was checked from behind by MISTY VELVET as PUNK SHOT attempted to get to the outside to obtain racing room and as a result lost ground. Soon after CAPTAIN RICKY came together with MISTY VELVET and stumbled losing ground. A post race veterinary check of CAPTAIN RICKY revealed right wrist pain with a seven day stand down recommended. |
| Race 4 | Protector Safety Sprint - C0 - 318 | This race was delayed by the late running of a harness event. RED RULES ran outwards into the bend badly checking DOLLY SCRAMBLE who lost her chance. On the home turn THRILLING PIPPI ran very wide and lost ground before finishing well for third. |
| Race 5 | Auckland Co-op Taxis Sprint - C4 - 318 | TRIPLE TEE was slow to jump. DREAM A WIN ran outwards soon after the jump tightening TRUE INTENTIONS and THRILLING ZING. PRINCESS SNOWY was tightened into the bend and dropped to the rear. When improving along the inside into the bend TRIPLE TEE was forced to check outwards off THRILLING ZING which forced KAMACO to run very wide and lose her chance. |
| Race 6 | NZRS Graduation Middle Distance Heat 1 - NZRSq - 527 Heat 1 | GRADUATED CLASS ran inwards soon after the jump contacting THRILLING TALE for a stride. THRILLING SNEAK moved away from the rail into the bend coming together with KISSIN' KATE. In behind these runners MY JACK ATTACK was forced to check outwards for a stride with THRILLING MISS being shunted wide and losing ground as a result. |
| Race 7 | $15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C2/3 - 527 | SHINE FOR US was tightened and dragged down into the first bend with this runner falling and causing MATILDA'S BEST, MOONSHINE LASS, DARK FANCY and BOTANY ADAM all to be checked and losing their chances. SHINE FOR US regained her feet and chased the field home with a post race veterinary check revealing a grazed pad with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 8 | NZRS Graduation Middle Distance Heat 2 - NZRSq - 527 Heat 2 | ROLLED OATS and THRILLING CHILL were last to jump. HOTWAX was tightened between runners in the early rush and lost ground while into the first bend HOTWAX received a severe check as she contacted THRILLING CHILL and veered to the outside losing her chance. A post race veterinary check of HOTWAX revealed a re-injured pad graze with a eight day stand down recommended. |

| Race 10 | Magness Benrow Stakes - C4/5 - 527 | In a very compact unit racing to the first bend WIZARD APPEAL angled inwards causing OSTI'S RUBY to run out of room and fall. Soon after THRILLING SHOT ran outwards from the inside causing EXCELLENT BEC and BROTHER RABBIT to be tightened with HAILEY'S AGENT being forced very wide. WIZARD APPEAL then came together with THRILLING SHOT and ducked outwards causing SUB CLASS to receive a nasty check and lose ground. OSTI'S RUBY regained her paws and completed the race with a post race veterinary check revealing right biceps femoris muscle injury with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 11 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C5 - 318 | MATANUSKA and MATES UNITE came together in the run down the back straight while soon after NATIONAL DEBT checked off the back of MATES UNITE as that runner drifted. |
| Race 12 | Carol's TABs Sprint - C2 - 318 | KARATA ROAD ran outwards into the bend pushing SHOWTIME ADDIS and HEARTLINE over extra ground. HEARTLINE proved difficult to box again and after discussion with Trainer IL George it was agreed that this dog be boxed first in its coming races. |
