Judicial report: BLUESKY WONDER (BC Dann) was a qualifier in Race 9 from the heats for this C0 event. Prior to the field being published the dog was checked by a veterinary surgeon and found to have a wound to the right hind sesamoid with a 5 day stand down recommended. The dog was scratched down under Rule 64.12 for 5 days up to and including 16 August 2010. Jean Fahey, the handler of MONSTER SURF, a starter in Race 10, was warned after arriving late for the collection of the dog for the start of the race.

Race 1	Fahey Greyhounds Stakes - C0 - 520	On the first turn HOMEBUSH SPAKY checked off the rear of LYNDOUR GEM and was struck from behind by HOMEBUSH BAZIL who tailed off to finish at the rear.
Race 2	Fanta Claws @ Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	WHO'S YA DUFFER and COACHMAN were slow to leave the boxes. COACHMAN ran out wide to the first turn and then was forced out wider when HIDDEN ANGEL moved outwards on the turn.
Race 3	Lawrence & Lockett Sprint - C0 - 295	MEASLES was slow to jump. From the jump BEAT THE FOURCHE ran inwards and checked RISING MERCURY. In the run to the turn SALLY WEASEL checked off the rear of OPAWA CARLA and then SALLY WEASEL ran out on the turn and pushed MEASLES wide.
Race 4	Scotexcited @ Stud Stakes - C1 - 520	Into the first turn FRITO BANDITO checked off the rear of SUPERIOR RANK and forced HOMEBUSH OSO wide.
Race 5	Scaffold Direct Sprint - C1 - 295	Into the turn TOWER crossed and checked the running of COOL'S THE TUNE.
Race 6	Wal Walsh Memorial Distance Feature - C0d - 645	All clear.
Race 7	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes Final - C1f - 520	REAL SLIM SHADY and WATERHOUSE were slow to jump. In the run to the first turn BOTANY FREDA crossed and checked the running of REAL SLIM SHADY. Into the back straight ULTIMATE DREAM ran inwards and came into contact with MY BLIND SIDE with a resultant check to LIFE'S GREAT.
Race 8	Tricky Shelley Stakes Final - C2f - 520	CROSSFIRE MAX was slow to jump. Into the back straight CROSSFIRE MAX ran out and forced EL KILDA wide.
Race 9	Garrards Horse & Hound OTB Assn Maiden Final - C0f - 520	DUKE OF FERN was slow to jump and then ran out on the first turn and forced MULBERRY ROSE wide.
Race 10	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint Final - C1f - 295	In the run to the turn OHOKA BEN pushed outwards into BOTANY STORY with a resultant check to CREPE MYRTLE. All three dogs finished at the rear.
Race 11	McCracken Sprint Final - C2f - 295	From the jump HOMEBUSH KALAMA ran inwards and LESTER pushed outwards with a resultant check to WODSTON BOBO, ANY BAD HABITS and TUKURUA ZAC.
Race 12	www.racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C1 - 295	All clear.
