Judicial report: An inquiry was conducted into the running of SNOW BLIND in race 2 and the dog was charged under Rule 80.1 b with failing to pursue the lure and after hearing evidence from the Steward in Charge and submissions from the Kennel Representative K.Wilson, SNOW BLIND was found to have breached the rule and as it was the 2nd offence of failing to pursue, the dog was stood down for 3 months and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1.
An inquiry was opened and adjourned into the alleged misconduct and alleged use of offensive language towards the Stewards by Handler and Kennel Representative Kathryn Wilson following the inquiry into the running of SNOW BLIND in race 2.

Race 1	Awapuni Stakes Sprint - C0 - 375	MICKEY THE RAT was away well at the start but he was then checked soon after and went back to the rear and stayed there. MICKEY THE RAT and GOLDLASS collided on the finish line but they were at the rear at the time and finished in the last two places.
Race 2	Peter Sinclair Photos Stakes - C1 - 457	SNOW BLIND led to the first corner but then eased losing several lengths before running on again to finish in 2nd place. SNOW BLIND was examined by the Vet and found to be suffering from a minor gracilus muscle injury with a 7 day stand down but was then charged with failing to pursue the lure and after hearing relevant evidence and submissions from the kennel representative and viewing video films at length, the charge was proven and as it was the 2nd offence, SNOW BLIND was stood down for 3 months and is required to complete a satisfactory trial under Rule 81.1.
Race 3	GEON Wellington Dash - C1 - 375	GREAT AUNTY MIN was observed to turn its head slightly towards CRAZY BABY on its outside after entering the straight and GREAT AUNTY MIN then went on to finish in 2nd place. The Trainer was advised that the Stewards would be monitoring the dogs performance closely in future races.
Race 4	Foxton Stakes - C1 - 457	EZY INFO ran in from the start and severely checked RURAL LADY, THRILLING BUDDY and TRAVEL THYME who all lost several lengths . TRAVEL THYME recovered best to finish in 2nd place with THRILLING BUDDY in 4th place and RURAL LADY staying back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 5	Cloverlea Dash - C2 - 375	ERIC PHOENIX moved in and galloped on the back of CAWBOURNE BRIDE on the first corner and fell and CAWBOURNE BRIDE was also checked losing several lengths. ERIC PHOENIX was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a pectoral muscle injury.
Race 6	Hokowhitu Dash - C1 - 375	The favourite JUST DEFY THAT began very awkwardly losing ground and he was then jostled in the run to the first corner losing further ground and although making up ground at the finish, he never threatened the placegetters and finished in 5th place. The well supported ROBUST BOY was handy to the first corner but was then checked losing all chance and finished in 2nd last place.
Race 7	Graduation Final - NZRSf - 457	YA GUNNA ran out from the start and this resulted in checks to THRILLING SNEAK, MIRAGE ROYALE and HERE EYE AM with MIRAGE ROYALE being the most affected and she stayed back to finish in last place. YA GUNNA was handy to the first corner but was checked losing several lengths and she also stayed back to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 8	Riverdale Dash - C2/3 - 375	RAISINS ran in from the start and checked FLASHFIRE COAL and HOMEBUSH JUST who both lost ground and they settled at the rear and stayed back to finish in the rear group.
Race 9	Manawatu Raceway Sprint - C4 - 375	All clear.
Race 10	www.racingdogs.co.nz Dash - C5 - 375	BIGTIME SURVIVOR checked off the heels of THRILLING BASH on the first corner and moved out and collided with LAST SHOW and both dogs lost several lengths and they tailed the field from there to the finish.
Race 11	Marton Stakes - C2/3 - 457	OUR PLAYBOY and RESONATOR jostled together for several strides early in the race with RESONATOR being the most affected and he settled well back and stayed there to finish in 2nd last place.
Race 12	Woodville Stakes - C4/5 - 457	GONE ZILLA was handy racing to the first corner but was checked when ROCK MAGIC moved in and he lost ground but recovered to finish well for 2nd place.
