Judicial report: Trainers AJ McCOOK and JM JOPSON were charged with a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of GIMME A DREAM, a starter in Race 1, weighing in 1.9kgs above his last race start weight of 22 July 2010. They were fined $100.00.

Race 1 Garrard's Horse & Hound Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 1 POOR BOUNCE was slow to jump. SALLY SAY SO was tightened by HOMEBUSH CECIL soon after the start. Into the first bend MULBERRY BLACK clipped the heels of MERMAN JEWEL coming back on TIME CATCHER who lost ground. Around the first bend TIMELY ENFORCER moved outwards onto SALLY SAY SO who was hit from behind by POOR BOUNCE, these two losing all chance. Both were vetted with POOR BOUNCE found to have a torn left fore 4th toe nail with a 14 day stand down recommended. SALLY SAY SO was free of injury.
Race 2 McCracken Sprint - C2q - 295 Heat 1 Around the bend ROYAL CHARADE ran out colliding with WODSTON BOBO. Soon after MEANDER and CHASIN' CROWS came together when at the rear.
Race 3 Barron's Supplies Ph 3859438 Stakes - C1 - 520 LIFE'S GREAT was slow to jump. UNDER COVER ran outwards after the jump tightening BOTANY MATTHEW and LIFE'S GREAT. FUNNY LAD hit the rail shortly afterwards. Into the back straight LOVELY HAND checked out off LAGER IN PARIS.
Race 4 McCracken Sprint - C2q - 295 Heat 2 NEED A NURSE missed the jump by four lengths. Into the bend FAST TEDDY and EARS CHUCK were checked as a result of general tightening coming back on COT CASE CUTIE, CAWBOURNE JODIE and KNOW SOON, these three losing all chance.
Race 5 Garrard's Horse & Hound Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 2 MEDIVAC was slow to jump. Into the first bend OKUKU STAR moved off the rail tightening RISING MERCURY and INIGO JONES on ger outer. Around the bend OKUKU STAR ran back towards the rail resulting in TOSHIMI checking out off her hindquarters.
Race 6 McCracken Sprint - C2q - 295 Heat 3 DROOPY'S STORM was slow to jump. Into the bend OHOKA DUKE, PALOMINE, MULBERRY NIPPER and ACHEW ACHEW were tightened and checked resulting in DROOPY'S STORM colliding with ACHEW ACHEW and falling. He finished the race. A veterinary check revealed
Race 7 www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Stakes - C1 - 520 Into the first bend MURPHY'S ONE was checked when tightened by BLACK SHELLEEN who had been slow to jump. Soon after BLACK SHELLEEN and SUPERIOR RANK came together both losing ground. At the end of the back straight MURPHY'S ONE eased and turned his head towards catchers when ambling past the handlers at the 520 metres boxes. He was vetted and found free of serious injury. Stewards deemed MURPHY'S ONE to have failed to pursue the lure and he was stood down for 28 days under Rule 80.1.b and ordered to complete a Satisfactory Trial.
Race 8 J & D Fahey Sprint - C0 - 295 SLIGHTLY AMAZING was slow to jump. Soon after the start FOREIGN GOING ran out checking CRASH GYBE and MADE IN ENZED. Into the bend DADDY'S MISTAKE moved down towards the rail tightening and checking POWERFAST PIPPA and then FOREIGN GOING who came back on SLIGHTLY AMAZING with CALINDA moving wide to avoid these dogs. Into the straight MADE IN ENZED ran out and collided with the hindquarters of CALINDA.
Race 9 Garrard"s Horse & Hound Stakes - C0q - 520 Heat 3 BLUESKY WONDER and HOMEBUSH BAZIL collided into the first bend. Into the back straight BLUESKY WONDER checked out off the heels of CAWBOURNE TINA. At the end of the back straight IT'S NOT EASY climbed on the collided with hindquarters of BLUESKY WONDER who was dragged down. Both dogs lost ground resulting in checks to LADY McCRACKEN, CAWBOURNE TINA and BLUESKY WONDER. Into the home straight an improving ITS NOT EASY checked CAWBOURNE TINA before running inwards onto LADY McCRACKEN.
Race 10 Tricky Shelly Stakes - C2q - 520 Heat 1 FOGGY STORM was very slow to jump. Into the back straight FOGGY STORM checked out off the heels of KNOW BEST. BOMBAST was vetted after the race and found with a torn muscle to the left elbow with a 28 day stand down recommended.
Race 11 Speight's Dash - C1 - 295 BOO ROO and WILLY ECHO came together into the bend both losing ground and coming back on ONE WILD THING.
Race 12 Tricky Shelly Stakes - C2q - 520 Heat 2 BOTANY BARB was checked into the first bend. Soon after OPAWA BROOKE and FULL ON BOWIE came together with OPAWA BROOOKE losing ground.
