| Race 2 | www.aaroncoullhearttransplant.co.nz Dash - C3 - 295 | NITRO PEGGY was tightened in the run to the bend. Into the bend SMASH KINGDOM checked off the heels of FLAT BATTERY who in turn was hit by ICE BALL, who then checked outwards colliding with RED TIGER, CONTINUE and VAMPIRES SHADOW. |
| Race 3 | Thursday Place Pick Dash - C4 - 295 | TUNZA REVS ran outwards into the bend checking MULBERRY RECO and OUR SWEET ROSE, these three finishing at the rear. |
| Race 4 | www.greyhoundtips.co.nz Stakes - C4/5 - 520 | WATMOUGH lost ground into the first bend when checking off the heels of FANCY DIVER. At the end of the back straight FANCY DIVER was tightened and checked by an improving REDDY BOY. |
| Race 5 | Amber Cleaning Services Sprint - C3 - 295 | ARCHILLIES ran out after the start tightening JUST BEATRICE. Into the bend RON'S SECRET drove down towards the rail before being clipped by ALBIE'S STAR and then REDLINE REVOLVER and tightening LIFE WITH DEXTER who came back on ARCHILLIES who fell heavily with JUST BEATRICE scrambling over the fallen dog. Both were able to complete the race and were subject to veterinary checks along with RON'S SECRET. LIFE WITH DEXTER was found to have pelvic soreness with a 10 day stand down recommended. ARCHILLIES and RON'S SECRET were found to be free of injury. |
| Race 6 | Active Electrical Christchurch Ltd Dash - C5 - 295 | TALIESIN BLUE was slow to jump. Into the bend CAWBOURNE CLICK tightened EXCITING KYLE on his inner with both dogs being checked and coming back on BLACK MUSCAT, TALIESIN BLUE and TEE CEE. |
| Race 7 | New Zealand Racing Series - NZRSq - 520 Heat 1 | Both ALCATRAZ BOY and ELIE SAAB were slow to jump. |
| Race 8 | New Zealand Racing Series - NZRSq - 520 Heat 2 | OPAWA COLLAR and TIJAN came together soon after the jump. Into the first bend DANGLE THE CARAT and PATTY'S GIRL came together. OPAWA COLLAR improved inside DANGLE THE CARAT who was forced out onto BOTANY ANN who was turned sideways before being hit by CHARLIE STUBBS. These two lost all chance to finish some distance behind the field. They along with DANGLE THE CARAT were subject to veterinary checks. CHARLIE STUBBS was found with left hip pain and a 10 day stand down recommended. BOTANY ANN and DANGLE THE CARAT were found free of injury. |

| Race 10 | New Zealand Racing Series - NZRSq - 520 Heat 3 | Into the first bend KARA JANX checked out off the heels of ROCKY'S STAR forcing UNO JEWEL, KNOW QUESTION and VICTORY CHEERS wide. INto the back straight WHAT A MATE and SPEED TICKET came together with both losing ground. KARA JANX drifted out late and a veterinary check revealed a right hock strain with a 21 day stand down recommended. |
