Judicial report: C MITCHELL and WD SMITH admitted a breach of Rule 69.11 as a result of SENORITA SISSY, a starter in Race 4, weighing in 1.7kgs above her last race start weight on 13 July 2010. They were fined $100.00.

Race 1	Barron's Supplies Ph.3859438 Sprint - C0 - 295	MAGICATE and LADY McCRACKEN were slow to jump. Into the bend LADY McCRACKEN struck the heels of COLD SENSATION who sustained a severe check to drift through the field. LADY McCRACKEN checked outwards as a result forcing KUNG FU TEDDY wide. A trailing OH EMM EYE then collided with LADY McCRACKEN. Into the straight UNCLE EARL moved away from the rail coming in contact with COLD SENSATION. Soon after MINI THE MOOCH and KUNG FU TEDDY came together.
Race 2	Challenge Opawa All Up Dash - C0 - 295	MULBERRY BLACK, HOMEBUSH BAZIL and POOR BOUNCE were slow to jump. MULBERRY BLACK improved quickly along the rail forcing FOREVER WITHIN out onto CALINDA, with resultant checks to CRASH GYBE, POOR BOUNCE and HOMEBUSH BAZIL on her outer.
Race 3	Sky High Scaffolding Place Pick Sprint - C1q - 295 Heat 1	WEE RAZZ was slow to jump. Into the bend WILLY ECHO struck the heels of BREAKING DREAMS losing ground and coming back on HOMEBUSH JAG. BREAKING DREAMS moved outwards as a result colliding with SURFIN' BIZAAR and forcing ST.VALARY wide.
Race 4	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1q - 520 Heat 1	MURPHY'S ONE, SUPERIOR RANK and FUNTASTIC BOY came together into the first bend losing ground. SENORITA SISSY was checked shortly after. Around the bend SUPERIOR RANK and MURPHY'S ONE came together with MURPHY'S ONE losing ground. Into the back straight SUPERIOR RANK struck the hindquarters of FUNTASTIC BOY losing ground. MURPHY'S ONE was subject to a veterinary check which revealed nothing amiss.
Race 5	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C1q - 295 Heat 2	STUMPY RELTUB was checked when crossed by OFF THE RAILS into the bend. Soon after TOWER checked out off the heels of OFF THE RAILS resulting in STUMPY RELTUB moving out to collide with ACHEW ACHEW. In the straight TOWER and OFF THE RAILS came together. TOWER was tightened between OFF THE RAILS and CAWBOURNE NORMA at the finish line.
Race 6	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C1q - 295 Heat 3	This race was held up while ducks were moved from the track near the 520 metre boxes. Into the bend VERONICA was tightened and checked by BOTANY STORY resulting in THRILLING RILEY and CAWBOURNE DUDE colliding with VERONICA who scrambled to retain her feet. KNOW TURBO and HOMEBUSH NESTOR were forced wide as a result. VERONICA was subject to a veterinary check with no injury detected.
Race 7	Shirley Veterinary Centre Pick 6 Leg 1 - C1q - 520 Heat 2	DUDLEY RAMA was tightened by dogs on his outer in the run to the bend. Around the bend DEVOTCHKA and TIGER BALM collided losing ground. Soon after MISS SNOW ANGEL struck the hindquarters of LOVELY HAND both coming back on TIGER BALM, these three losing all chance.
Race 8	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C1q - 295 Heat 4	CURRAHEE was very slow to jump. Into the bend FINE FASHION, WAYNE'S WOVER and TRIPLE POUNDA were checked as a result of general tightening.
Race 9	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1q - 520 Heat 3	REAL SLIM SHADY was tightened by SHAZZ'S SAINT soon after the start. Into the bend SHAZZ'S SAINT clipped the heels of WHOSE YA DUFFER with both losing momentum. Trainer R CASEY was shown the race film in respect of SHAZZ'S SAINT'S performance. He advised that she would have a short let up before racing again. Stewards advised him that her future racing performances would be closely monitored.
Race 10	Shirley Veterinary Centre Stakes - C1q - 520 Heat 4	MIGHTY PROPHET and TORQUED UP were slow to jump. WHY WHY DELILAH was checked when squeezed between dogs into the first bend.
Race 11	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C1q - 295 Heat 5	UNDER COVER ran out after the start colliding with HOMEBUSH ACE losing ground. MONSTER SURF was tardy to jump but improved quickly along the rail checking BELFAST MUNCHA who came back on HOMEBUSH ACE and SILENT WHISPER who lost all chance. UNDER COVER and ONE WILD THING ran wide as a result.
Race 12	Sky High Scaffolding Sprint - C1q - 295 Heat 6	COOL JORDIE and WODSTON BOBO were slow to jump. KNOW WONDER missed the jump by five lengths. WODSTON BOBO clipped the heels of BOTANY ANGELA into the bend. Into the home straight WODSTON BOBO tightened COOL JORDIE and KNOW WONDER who both lost ground.
