GLOW BELLE DOLL and SPECIAL PROJECT were both tightened at the end of the back straight and lost ground with SPECIAL PROJECT dropping out to last. A post race veterinary check of SPECIAL PROJECT revealed long head triceps muscle pain and left metacarpal pain with a ten day stand down recommended. THRILLING DAVIS and BLUE JEAN ALICE came together on the home turn. |
| Race 3 | Protector Safety Sprint - C2 - 318 | Soon after the jump BEACH STREET ran inwards and CYCLONE PRESTO from the inside wanted out resulting in these runners and WILD FLYNN and HOMEBUSH JUST being severely checked and losing their chances. |
| Race 4 | Magness Benrow Stakes - C1/2 - 527 | HOMEBUSH MELL received a bad check soon after the jump when YAMBLA BOB made contact with her. HOMEBUSH SHEDAN also lost ground in this incident. HOMEBUSH MELL dropped right out over the concluding stages with a post race veterinary check revealing cramp in both lower gracilis muscles with a ten day stand down recommended. |
| Race 5 | $15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527 | THRILLING CHILL was last to jump. JETSUN BELLE ran outwards soon after the jump and contacted THRILLING SNOW who lost some momentum. Into the first bend GRADUATED CLASS, THRILLING SNOW and BEATRIX KIDDO all came together as BEATRIX KIDDO angled inwards while soon after an improving THRILLING CHILL checked outwards off THRILLING SNOW and bumped BEATRIX KIDDO for a stride. KERRY'S DELIGHT appeared to falter at the end of the back straight and fell soon after the finish with the veterinarian finding that the dog had severe cramp in the lower gracilis region with a ten day stand down recommended. |

| Race 7 | The Brownzy Sports Bar Sprint - C5 - 318 | COOL IDOL ran inwards in the early stages dictating the line of FORTIS JOURNEY and DREAM A WIN who settled at the rear. Into the bend SURFIN' MINT checked outwards and lost ground. |
| Race 8 | Jack's Wholesale Meats Sprint - C4 - 318 | QUIET JOURNEY was badly checked into the bend and went back on ALL ABOUT DOSH with both runners losing their chances. |
| Race 9 | Carol's TABs Stakes - C3/4 - 527 | SEPTEMBER BLUE checked outwards into the first bend coming into contact with DARK FANCY who fell with her sister FANCY GIRL going over the top of her. Both runners regained their feet and chased the pack home with post race veterinary checks revealing no injuries. |
