| Race 2 | Protector Safety Stakes - C0 - 457 | SPECIAL PROJECT ran inwards at the jump tightening BUCCAN ROAD and CATCH A GLIMPSE who lost ground. Wider out CORNWALL ROAD also ran inwards with CORPORAL JONES and QUEEN MOTHER being tightened and settling well back. |

In the straight KISSIN KATE checked outwards off SPRING TYDE and then was dragged down by BOON DOCK. KISSIN KATE finished last with a post race veterinary check revealing no injury. |

SPIRIT OF GRACE ran outwards on the home turn pushing ROTOVEGAS GIRL onto HE'S STUNNING who stumbled and almost fell dropping out to finish at the rear. A post race veterinary check of HE'S STUNNING revealed no injury. |
