| Race 1 | Awapuni Dash - C0 - 375 | THRILLING YORK was a little slow to begin and stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. MOANY'S RAILER, AHANE JAY and JUST MOE all ran wide on the bend and into the straight and covered extra ground as a result. There was concern expressed on Trackside regarding the Lure run up but the Stewards were satisfied that the run up was normal with no disadvantage to any runner. |
| Race 2 | Peter Sinclair Photos - C0 - 457 | QUEEN MOTHER and JUST PEDANTIC bumped together soon after the start and again near the first corner and they lost ground on both occasions. JUST PEDANTIC then went forward and caused a check to SURF SUNSET who lost ground and stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. JUST PEDANTIC continued to make up ground and finished in 3rd place. |
| Race 3 | GEON Wellington - C1 - 375 | OPTICAL MAN began awkwardly and settled back in the field. GROOVY MANGO ran in from the start and checked MY JACK ATTACK and THRILLING GABBY who both settled near the rear. The favourite THRILLING LLOYD who finished in 2nd place, was handy rounding the bend but raced wide into the straight over extra ground and this possibly cost him the chance of winning the race. |
| Race 4 | Foxton Dash - C2 - 375 | OUR PLAYBOY began a little awkwardly and settled at the rear and he was then checked on the first corner losing several lengths and he stayed back to finish in last place. |
| Race 5 | www.racingdogs.co.nz - C1 - 457 | The favourite THRILLING BUDDY was the slowest to begin but recovered to run on well and finish in 2nd place. CRYSTAL BANNER galloped on the heels of FREDDY JOHN on the first corner and both lost ground. FREDDY JOHN recovered well to win but CRYSTAL BANNER then ran wide and stayed back to finish in last place. |
| Race 6 | Hokowhitu Stakes - C4 - 375 | SPECTRA CONQUEST was checked on the bend losing four lengths and she stayed back to finish in 2nd last place. |

| Race 8 | NZRS Heat - NZRSq - 457 Heat 1 | OPAWA PADLESS and THRILLING JAGO were both checked on the first cxorner losing several lengths and all chance and they finished in the last two places. |
| Race 9 | NZRS Heat - NZRSq - 457 Heat 2 | VIREYA ran in soon after the start and pushed PURE CHEMISTRY in onto THRILLING ASIA and they bumped for a couple of strides. PURE CHEMISTRY then faltered and dropped out on the first corner and finished a long last. He was examined by the Vet and stood down for 14 days with a pectoral muscle injury. |
| Race 10 | NZRS Heat - NZRSq - 457 Heat 3 | THRILLING ALI and WINSOME OPAWA both ran in from the start and caused a check to PURE FURY who faltered and dropped out to finish a long last. PURE FURY was examined by the Vet and stood down for 10 days with a pectoral muscle injury. |
