Judicial report: Trainer F Herbert was fined $150.00 after admitting a breach of Rule 64.1 when ROLL UP was scratched after the scratching time of 7.30am thus depriving another runner of a start.

Race 1	Meadowset Graphics Stakes - C4 - 527	WIZARD APPEAL ran inwards soon after the jump taking the line of DARK FANCY, WANDY HAKA and CALM RIP all of whom settled towards the rear.
Race 2	Thornton Auctions Stakes - C0 - 527	Favourite BLUE JEAN ALICE stumbled for a stride when jumping while SPECIAL PROJECT was the last to jump by three lengths. Following the race SPARROW HAYES was found to have a graze to the left pad with a fourteen day stand down recommended.
Race 3	Terry Ryan Timber Stakes - C2 - 527	Favourite EMBLAZING was the last to jump. He was checked when improving on the final bend by HOMEBUSH MELL who had checked outwards off another runner. EMBLAZING then stormed home late for an unlucky second. MADDER THAN and HE'S STUNNING came together for a stride in the run to the first bend.
Race 4	Carol's TABs World Cup Promotion Stakes - C3 - 527	The lure broke down in the stir ups for this event. As a result the programme was put back one race. SLICE OF MAGIC and WINSOME FREDDY were both slow to jump. MATILDA'S BEST checked outwards off runners on the first bend checking MOONSHINE LASS in the process with both dogs losing ground.
Race 5	$15,000 Pick6 Stakes - C1 - 527	TEE KAY GIRL ran inwards soon after the jump with PRIDE OF SOUTH being tightened and losing ground. Into the first bend BEATRICE KIDDO ran inwards checking YOU CASANOVA who in turn ducked outwards badly checking PRIDE OF SOUTH and TEE KAY GIRL who effectively lost their chances.
Race 6	Magness Benrow Sprint - C5 - 318	PAYNEFUL TRUTH was last to jump. BARALLEN checked outwards off KERRIE'S FANTASY into the bend and lost ground. On the home turn FOUR TO MIDNIGHT ran off the rail and was dragged down from behind by KERRIE'S FANTASY. FOUR TO MIDNIGHT lost momentum at this stage and dropped away to finish well back with a post race veterinary check revealing distal gracilis pain with a five day stand down recommended. SEASWIFT proved very difficult to box in this event and after discussions with handler Denis Schofield it was agreed that this dog be boxed first in the near future.
Race 7	RHB Accounting Sprint - C3 - 318	AWESOME VOYAGE was tightened back to last soon after the jump.
Race 8	Jack's Wholesale Meats Stakes - C1 - 527	WINSOME RITE ran outwards at the start and came together with LUCKY STREAK with both dogs settling well back while DASH ran inwards at the jump checking TAWHIRI for a stride. Soon after this ON MY MIND checked off VACCINIUM but lost no ground while wider out JAYDEN'S COURAGE checked off TAWHIRI for a stride when attempting to get to the outside.
Race 9	The Brownzy Sports Bar Stakes - C5 - 527	This race was delayed by two minutes at the request of raceday control. HARAJUKU BOY was awkwardly away and settled last. SEPTEMBER BLUE ran out just prior to the first turn with RASMAH being tightened and losing ground. He made up a stack of ground to run second. HAILEY'S AGENT and OSTI'S RUBY came together on the first bend. JET MINT clipped the heels of HARAJUKU BOY on the first bend and fell regaining its feet and chasing the field home with a post race veterinary check revealing bruised and grazed toes with a seven day stand down recommended. The winner BROTHER RABBIT was also subject to a post race veterinary check that revealed a cut webb requiring sutures with a seven day stand down recommended.
Race 10	Deli's Sports Bar Sprint - C4 - 318	LAST SHOW was tightened in the early rush and settled last.
